This is my 3rd time I visited here. It was a totally unforgettable experience. top to bottom was supper. from Manager to Sarver everyone was too good with their behavior services and smile. The overall experience was awesome 👍....lots of good wishes for all of u .... keep it up

Exclusive ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was helpful in letting us choose the perfect dish that suited our taste. We had Basil Chicken, Prawns Chilli and Tandoor Lollipop in the non-veg starters. While Chicken starters did make our mood happy, Prawns chilli didn't feel worth the price paid. In the Non-veg main course we tried Chicken Tariwala which slightly gave us a feel of butter chicken with similar boneless chicken pieces and a unique Punjabi taste of its own. Mocktails were delightful.

Should encourage pre book facility over the call for 10+ diners, had tried the same but denied the same in very unpleasant way which does not serves the purpose of Hospitality industry.

1. Tangy tempura chicken - completely soggy tender chicken, local restaurants serve better in the name of crispy chicken 2. Raw mango prawns tandoori - ok in taste, nothing tasted like raw mango 3. Golden fried stuffed mushrooms - good 4. Butter chicken biryani - too sweet for taste, carried the rest home, even my pet refused to eat it Bonus - we were 2 people dining & both suffered from upset stomach for 2 days complete waste of money never been so harsh & upset with any restaurant, since you also expect according to their price point & ambience.

02/10/2023 My recent experience at Global Binge restaurant was deeply disappointing, especially considering my history as a regular customer. It pains me to say that on this particular visit, everything went awry. To start, the food quality was subpar, and it seemed as though every dish that arrived at our table was not up to the usual standards. The most frustrating aspect was the absurdly long wait for a simple lassi, which took an excruciating half an hour to arrive. To make matters worse, our soup inexplicably arrived ahead of schedule, which left us baffled. Billing became an unexpected ordeal when we were informed that the card machine was out of order, forcing us to use UPI for payment. The sudden change in payment method felt unprofessional, and what was even more bewildering was that the card machine miraculously started working again when I expressed my dissatisfaction. This inconsistency in their procedures is concerning. Equally troubling was the lack of competence among the staff. The captain's inability to operate the card machine, while a steward demonstrated greater proficiency, was perplexing. This lack of training and consistency among senior staff members is a glaring issue. Adding to the overall unpleasant experience, the manager and captain displayed a shocking level of rudeness, leaving me with no desire to ever return to this restaurant. As someone who once considered Global Binge a part of my dining routine, this visit has shattered that notion entirely. I am profoundly disappointed by the recent decline in the restaurant's quality and service. Unfortunately, I cannot envision myself returning to a place that has let its loyal customers down in such a manner. It's disheartening to realize that what was once considered a family-friendly establishment has lost its appeal entirely.

waiter takes order but didn't deliver the item,for normal cold drink you have to wait for 30min and then we had to cancel the order, wrong order also delivered to us..what we ask what they give and when u tell them they just walk away. waiter service is very bad and currently they don't have cooking staff,whatever u will order they will say no or give spoiled food which u have to eat,they will not replace also..my suggestion avoid going to this restaurant.

The Chicken ghee roast was not what it is meant to be. It was chicken pakoda fried in ghee..... And the manager later said that we have got a cook who will make authentic Ghee roast after 1st January..... There is a lot of food colour used in Biryani.... For the price definitely not worth it!! 🤬🤬🤬

The food was Ok ok not that great bt the cost was too high compare to the quantity provided and the staff was worst food was not on time the table was not ready i was waiting till 10 min to clear the table not gonna recommend ever any one

Don’t go there if you don’t want to waste your time and money. The staff has no sense, and they also have no taste in food.
