Food, beverages and service was on point. The dumbfucks from Abott’s corporate party were hurling abuses and swearing by their mothers and sisters, all while everyone else was right next to them. The management either chose to disregard our requests or the folks from Abott were straight illiterate.

Visited Global Fusion Chembur for the first time in March. The experience started off really well — I genuinely enjoyed the starters and the overall spread looked quite appealing. However, this first impression was quickly ruined when I noticed a cockroach crawling around the sushi/sashimi counter area. This was extremely concerning, especially considering sashimi is raw food and requires the highest level of hygiene. After seeing that, I didn’t feel comfortable going near the sushi section at all. It’s disappointing because the food I tried was good, but such hygiene lapses raise serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Not the kind of first experience I was expecting. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this.

The service is too slow. We had to wait for more than 30 mins for 4 piece of dumplings and when I asked to the manager about my order, he simply ignored us and didn't gave any reason. Taste is good but service is pathetic.

Ambience is photogenic Food is pathetic especially the seafood as they don’t use fresh prawn. Fish was comparitively fresh not the freshest. One dish had a dry bombil like taste although it was basa. Cold drinks were not cold. We had to replace our drinks twice to get a cold one which was not flat. Crab was in gravy. After they helped me crush the shell, the meat was stuck to the she’ll and wasn’t coming out. So that was a waste. Dessert are limited. Everything looks pan Asian and flashy like Hakkasan or Yatucha but when it coles to taste, this ones a flop. We had visited the Bandra outlet 2 years ago which left a very positive impression in our minds but since it’s closed permanently, we decided to visit the Chembur outlet. But this was a mistake. The best part was the Baskin Robbins ice cream - 4 flavours. Worst part - Stomachache at night and mild food poisoning.

Service was not good . Very slow confused . Half the appetisers were not served or served late . The staff was not organised . I have visited the Worli branch and they were very quick with the service . Food was okayish not maintaining quality
