The food was delicious We tried Prawns naar , Barbeque chicken wings , Mutton Dum biryani Their Sangria basil iced tea was amazing and the dessert Mocha Tres leches was cherry on the cake This restaurant has been my personal favorite since many years now due to its beautiful vibe and great ambience 10/10 recommend

Food n beverage is good. Make sure if ur going on weekends dont book thorough any app as glocal have their own offers on drink n then u wont be able to pay bill via district.

service - I was asked to sit at the bar even though there were ample seats available on 1st floor. They lied that all tables on 1st floor were reserved just because I was a solo customer. food - Even their top selling items fish fingers and barbecue chicken wings were pretty average. ambience - their music is so loud that it is deafening. they have karaoke for music enthusiasts which is a good crowd puller but because of blaring loudspeakers only the "singing" besuraa customers have a good time, whereas for other customers who have heard the original melodious songs, it's nothing but disturbance and noise pollution. horrible experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with a vendor referred by Glocal Andheri. More than a month after our event at Glocal, despite full payment having been made, we are still awaiting the photos and videos by the vendor recommend by them Sunny Pandit (https://www.instagram.com/clickers_sunny999?igsh=dWY0ZHptaG4zeGxz). The photographer has repeatedly missed committed timelines, provided inconsistent updates and failed to respond to several follow-ups, emails and messages. What is equally disappointing is the lack of accountability from Glocal. The matter was escalated multiple times, yet there has been no meaningful intervention, resolution or even response to recent communications. When a vendor is recommended through a trusted platform, customers expect some degree of ownership when serious service failures occur. A milestone family event is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion and the memories captured during it cannot be recreated. What should have been a simple delivery process has instead become a month-long exercise in chasing updates and unanswered communications. This experience has significantly undermined my confidence in both the vendor and Glocal's recommendation process.

The food was amazing , the service was very slow and they did not offer finger bowls , when asked for it they said they'll bring but 10 mins later they inform we will have to use the restroom , while for mens it was okay , for women the ladies room did not have a separate washing area or proper dispensers in place , this is the combined review of our group

manager Kiran and mansi are absolutely not fit for the place they do not know their job, misguide customers and cheat by not letting them avail of the discount as mentioned on the booking app...DO NOT BOOK ONLINE and make sure ur are billed as per rightfully urs
