the vibe was great but one of my friends was trying to get to the above but she hit her head so I hope that you break the ceiling asap and remake it with a minimum height of atleast 10 feet. much appreciated, thanks.

There is no denying that this place captures the quintessential Old School South Bombay charm. The dim lighting, nostalgic decor, and high-energy atmosphere make it an ideal spot for those looking to soak in the classic SoBo bar culture. While the aesthetics are commendable, my dining experience was deeply distressing. As a strict vegetarian, I ordered the Veg Manchow Soup. To my absolute horror, I was served the Chicken variant instead and that too i realised when ths soup was looking different so I cross checked with staff asking him about the soup. he confirmed with kitchen it chicken. What made the situation worse was the lackadaisical attitude of the management. Upon bringing this to the attention of the owner and the manager, the response was a casual dismissal, claiming that "these mistakes happen sometimes." > Note to the Management: A mix-up between veg and non-veg isn't just a "mistake"—it’s a fundamental failure in kitchen protocol and hospitality ethics. If you are a pure vegetarian, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of the food here. The lack of diligence in the kitchen and the indifferent attitude of the staff make it a risky choice. Enjoy the music and the drinks, but eat elsewhere.

I've been coming here since 40 years, such a popular place and going downhil. The drinks and food menu needs to be updated, I asked for finger chips or french fries they don't serve. next I asked for a omelette sandwich they said no bread ok so I asked for omlette. ofcourse I was waiting for the ketchup I was told the don't give and if you want it's chargeable. wow. what more to add... very very sad experience to see place going downhill. adding the picture of the sauce full of vinegar for which I have paid rs 24

Absolutely horrible. We’ve been going to this place since years, but lately the staff has become very rude and obnoxious. Even though it’s understandable that there is a general waiting during peak hours, the staff treats customers absolutely horrifically. The restaurant should really focus on training their staff to be courteous and on basic etiquette. Absolutely heartbroken on witnessing your favourite bar turn into the worst place ever.

Horrible place to be on weekends. Staff and the waiters were very rude. Long ques for waiting. No accommodation on their side and the staff is not even courteous. Would not suggest to go on a weekend at peak hours. You will be talked down and spoil your own mood.

The food wasn't as good as other restaurants near by..The veg crispy had only cauliflower.. The staff don't take orders properly, they are always in a hurry & also arrogant.. inshort food taste bad, staff bad, too noisy and the staff least interested..
