Visited this place on a Monday afternoon after visiting few nearby areas as part of city tour. It's a small place in the neighborhood which can seat around 20-25 pax. The seating and ambience is good. Their menu is mostly known for Chinese, sizzlers and some options of other cuisines. We got a seating for our group. We ordered the following: Veg Pepper Lime Noodles Soup, Veg Manchow Soup and Chicken Lung Fung soup. The portion size is good and tasted good as well. We then directly went for their sizzler and ordered Grilled Chicken Sizzler. The portion size is good for 4-5 people. We also ordered few beverages - Pink Panther, Ginger Blast and Cola Float. We didn't like the taste of one of them but again that was our choice to order. The service was good and no long wait time. Staff are friendly as well. The price may look a bit on the higher side but again the location, ambience and the food pays for it. Highly recommended to visit the place 😊

I've been eating at Gondolas for years and visited again today with the family for Christmas. Absolutely love the ambience of this small but cozy restaurant. The sizzlers have to be my absolute favorite. You can go for any of the sizzler and you will not be disappointed. The food is fresh, chicken is tender and the quantity will definitely leave you satisfied😋 Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone if you're in Bandra.

Excellent place for continental food. Got a recommendation from a Bandra Gurl and she was spot on with reco for a wholesome dinner with family. The best Lemon Coriander Soup we have ever had. The chicken drumsticks in the different sauces are a USP. Super super sizzlers! The honey fried noodles with ice cream are delicious and the helping is generous. The Mini meal steak in Chilli continental style is a must have.

Cosy little Chinese restro in Pali Hill. Loved their signature soup with loads of prawns and chicken in thick gravy. The Mushroom and Cashew gravy was also very comfortable.

Used to come here when we were kids. Enjoyable sizzlers, fried wantons and Chinese spread. Large portions make it ideal for groups.

It's a nice little restaurant for a cosy evening or dinner outing with a small group of friends or a date. The place is small so not suitable for a huge group because of its size and popularity. There's always a good number of people waiting so expect a waiting time of at least half an hour during weekends. The restaurant is most famous for its beef burgers and sizzler platters which have a distinct style of cooking that makes it flavoursome. There are other options as well, there are chicken and mutton dishes as well which are equally good. The food is not spicy so if that's the taste one prefers prior request is necessary. The soup was pretty good as well and so were the starters. The restaurant scores pretty well in taste and food quality. The service is the area which needs little improvement because the staff felt too less compared to the crowd which slowed the speed of service significantly. The staff was very occupied and therefore wasn't able to pay attention to any other requests which were understandable but it's nothing that cannot be solved. In terms of pricing, it's an expensive place but with good quality food, taste and quantity. If you're someone who likes beef dishes and sizzlers then it's the place you should check out.

Overall, my experience at Gondola was quite positive. The food was very good and the service was also good. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and made for a comfortable dining experience. We started off with some soup, and the Onion Soup and Chicken Manchow Soup were both delicious. The appetizers were also a hit, especially the Chicken Fried Wonton and Chicken Sesame Toast. The veg Sesame Toast was also very good, as was the Chicken Spring Roll. The sizzlers were also tasty, with the Chicken Shashlik being a standout. The main course dishes were a bit more hit or miss, with the Chicken Hunan Fried Rice and Veg Noodles in Hakka Style being okay but not particularly memorable. The Chicken in Schezwan Sauce and Grilled Chicken in Sizzling Sauce were also okay, but not particularly standout. For dessert, we tried the Honey Tossed Noodles with Ice Cream, which was okay but not particularly noteworthy. Overall, while the food at Gondola was generally good, there were a few dishes that didn't quite live up to the high standards set by the rest of the menu. However, the overall experience was still quite positive and I would definitely recommend giving Gondola a try.

1) Had forgotten to add salt in Fish & Chips but the Manager insisted that they serve without salt.. Now this was the most ansurbed reason i have heard in my life. 2) Very expensive compared to well established restaurants..It came to 1000/- per head.. 3) Woukd not visit for the 2 nd time.. 4) The manager ( in white shirt) also needs to be more friendly..There was arrogance in his behaviour..Its a service industry, u r suppose to make the customer happy since he comes from far away & spends a good amount of money to enjoy the food .

The food was sad, i don't know how people like this place, surely not a continental joint. They have chefs who prepare Chinese food and been asked too cook continental food, I ordered a Chicken roast, the Roast was Rubbery crumb fried chicken with with the most obnoxious sweet white sauce dumped on mashed potato and garnished with blasmic vinaigrette. Picture attached. Suerly gondola is redefining food since 1975. When the manager came and I asked him is this roast chicken very confidently, yes this is roast chicken ...... Fish and chips, was made from pieces of fish marinated for some other item not for Fish and chips for sure. The fish had a turmeric coating, watery and no taste whatsoever, the only saving grace was the tartre sauce. Zomato should revisit ratings for this, it's extremely deceiving. Order food along with cold coffee the item came post. Staff and service - superbly arrogant. I guess it's because they have a bunch of customers who come and visit them this they are not concerned. Mr. Gondola please check you recipes, you are fooling or cheating customers in the name of items which you so call it your type. Server - sahadeb doesn't know anything in the menu not intrested, ordered a protion of French fries which was forgotten. Manager ( ignorant) - Hussain as told to me Just pathetic food. We ate the food because we ordered and paid for it
