Absolutely loved the experience! The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Truly a great experience that made my day! Highly recommended.

We visited Gong at Linking Road Bandra. Ordered crystal dimsum and few other items. I was really surprised to find a stone in the dimsum in the first bite. We approached the manager who took the plate in the kitchen and came back saying no that it was a pepper kernel. I am really sure that what I spat out was a stone and not a kernel. However gave up argueing as I was hungry. Could not take a picture as they took the plate.

The service was absolutely terrible genuinely the worst I’ve ever experienced. You have to keep begging for a server’s attention, wait 10 minutes just to get the bill, and have your drink order forgotten even after reminding them TWICE. And the best part? It was a friend’s birthday, which we had explicitly mentioned to the staff. Absolutely no attention to detail or basic service. If you visit, be prepared to repeat your order LOUDLY and chase the staff for everything. Utterly disappointing and frustrating experience.
