I recently visited Good Flippin’ Burgers, IC Colony with my girlfriend and ordered a meal. I must say, the food was genuinely delicious, but unfortunately the service and staff behaviour completely ruined the experience. The staff member Pradeep was extremely rude, loud and unprofessional. His behaviour towards us was very uncomfortable, but what was even more shocking was seeing him shouting at and using abusive language towards another team member in front of guests. My girlfriend felt extremely uncomfortable sitting there, and honestly, the entire atmosphere became awkward and unpleasant. Regardless of how busy or stressful the workplace may be, this kind of behaviour should never happen in front of customers. I genuinely appreciate the food quality, but good food alone cannot make up for extremely poor service and unacceptable staff conduct. please take the action and do train your stafff

The shop person purposely asked for a rating and rated himself by my phone, also in one of the veg burger which we ordered, the cheese slice was missing. I went to them from far away (as we sat far, because of no space for sitting closely) then they provided the cheese slice after reporting.

I reserved table through District, but I wanted another branch. District didn't allow me to do that. I wasted 25 rupees. 0/5 for District. Never booking it through this app again
