Food quality need some improvement. sizzlers should be medium spicy. Veg malvani was tasteless. spring roll also was very much less spicy.

food was uncooked. The free sweets provided in the offer, we were served 2 gulab jamun which was not cooked properly, it felt like for the sake of name they are giving it.

I recently visited Gopala’s and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was not up to the mark and definitely not worth the price. I would strongly suggest that the restaurant reconsider its current menu and possibly bring back the previous one, which was much better in terms of taste and quality. During my visit, I ordered cheese balls, tava pulav, dry Manchurian, cottage cheese piccata, and a few other items. The worst among them was the tava pulav — it was nothing more than flavored rice with uncooked cauliflower, tomatoes, and undercooked matar. It was very poorly prepared and not enjoyable at all. This is my first-ever bad experience at Gopala’s. I had visited before its renovation, and at that time, both the food and staff were excellent. The taste was incredible back then. I’m not sure what has changed now, but it’s quite disappointing. After this experience, I will think many times before visiting again. 😇🙏🙂
