Address : 17, Nityanand Baug Rd, Camp(E), Chembur Colony, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400071 I love hidden gems and this place is one of them. Ambience can be rated as 1/5 but the food is so good which is what matters. Gopals Tandoori chicken. Hidden Gem❤ Try everything, especially egg fried rice!!

These food walks are turning quite magical in Mumbai. Don't worry, not those traditional explorative trips but reading, walking a few kilometres and stumbling upon these true hidden gems serving food for the soul and not just to earn accolades. Another one high up in the list now is Gopal's Mutton and Chicken shop on the very same lane as the more celebrated Jhama Sweet Shop in Chembur. Authentic flavors, hole in the wall vibes and lip smacking Tandoor and Tawa items are the highlights. Upon chatting with the folks running the show here, it's a 40 year old establishment standing the test of time. The crowd was a testament of how loved this place is but the locals and it didn't disappoint one bit. Items I tasted are their signature Mutton Tawa Masala which was ah-mazing, the Tandoori Chicken made with some spices and the unique Mutton Meatball Pav devoured in a few swift bites. ✔️ Value for Money ✔️ Tandoor Specials - Kebabs, Curries and Bheja Fry ✔️ Fast Service ✔️ Variety of Items ✔️ Accessibility ✔️ Overall Rating 4/5 You want that next party food to be spicy, hitting the right notes with your cocktails / mocktails while hosting at home, give me a hug later when you have their food served. #pmlens #fourcoursefoodvoyage #tandoor #specials #hiddengem #chembur #food #review #mumbai #localbusiness

Located at 2 minutes from Jhama sweets, I would definitely call this a hidden gem. Tiny place with huge tawas and tandoor oven on the outside, this place is rushed with people on weekends. Known for offering tasty food at reasonably priced, Mutton masala is famous here and we tried that. Mediumly spiced, the mutton is slow cooked in thick gravy and is served with toasted paav. Truly a lip-smacking dish. Definitely a 5/5 Recommendation. -1 Rating for the congested seating area.

The food is very good but the taste varies every time. Sometimes it's damn good and sometimes it's just good. The ambience is not that great as it's located in a very confined space. The portion size is appropriate and is good. It's not that hygienic in terms of location but yes it's very old. Staff and service is ok. If someone really wants to have a good tasting mutton/Sindhi Mutton in a city like Mumbai, then I would highly recommend this place.

A hidden gem in the chembur sindhi camp. Tandoori chicken is a must try. One of the best tandoori preparation in the city. If you like bheja masala then go for it here. You will get a little shock (not in a bad way) if you end up ordering the brain fry because it's a real brain served fried on your plate. It's an experience. Overall I liked the food here. Ambience: 1 Food : 4 Service : 5 Location: 3

It is located in Sindhi camp, chembur. They have varieties of chicken available. They have two shops one is for seating and one is where the chicken is tandoored. Chicken is juicy and the green chutney is way to much tasty. Thank you

Avoid the biryani, the kaleji and bheja are good but poor delivery service. Not on Zomato. No parking available and the street is very congested.
