Laxman ji helped us with best jain dishes.. we can cheese fondue, thai balls, chikaro soup, pizzas , mocktails, bangkok rice and cheese cake .. we had an amazing time thank you

only thing I felt is we didn't get discount on final bill for reserved booking online on zomato. For discount we have to place order minimum 1500 and above only then we will get discount. This is the first time I faced. Otherwise I always get discount whenever I booked table via zomato. Don't keep that amount criteria.

We made a reservation for brunch through Zomato. The lady at the front desk told us “ we made a mistake by booking through Zomato. Entire India knows that they should call us. Brunch reservations are not acceptable through Zomato. I politely told her “ mam, you should make a note on Zomato app that brunch reservations cannot be made through app” she said it’s our fault as everyone always calls and that’s how our place works. We let go of our 200 rupees cover charge through Zomato reservations and still asked her to get us a seat for brunch. To our horror, the AC wasn’t working on the first floor. The gave us small havells fan which was not enough given the summer heat and 1 pm afternoon. There was a party of 20 people in separate room and they complained the same that AC is not working. Appetizers took 20 mins each to arrive. We asked for ice for water and they did not provide. We checked in at 1 pm and they brought main course at 2.40 pm. It took 100 mins to deliver when entire restaurant was empty. Menu is not served as displayed - you will have to experience it to see what I mean by this. Pizza took 1 hour to arrive. In summer season of Mumbai on an afternoon, you have an AC that doesn’t work because of poor maintenance and you take forever to deliver brunch? Pathetic experience and will never recommend it to anyone. I still can’t believe what the chef was doing for 2 hours when the entire restaurant is empty. Politeness, courtesy and customer service doesn’t exist - management and staff needs to change. Lady at the front desk was the best - entire india knows that they need to call us for brunch. And entire restaurant is empty with non working AC!

In our starter of Galouti Kebab, we found a piece of stone. My senior citizen mother got it in her first bite. The stone was very hard but thankfully her mouth wasn’t hurt. This shows the shabby hygiene levels maintained in their kitchen. Finding a foreign object in the food of such a reputable restaurant is truly alarming. Spoiled our entire dining experience and left with a bitter memory

The pizza was good but the oil provided with the pizza especially the chilly oil had fungus growing in which can be dangerous and cause food poisoning kindly look into this matter.
