After so many bad reviews let me write an honest review .. if you are looking for desi food which is made in ghee and has a typical Indian taste then this is the place to go… All of their food is made is clean hygienic and the ambience is amazing which gives you a positive feeling .. However if you are looking for best in class service then this is not the place to go.. just expect good food good ambience and good family time .. while there are reviews is that 750 is too high .. but let me tell you you are getting genuine food made in ghee and you won’t feel acidic after having food here so just go for it

Govinda’s Juhu is a great restaurant with peaceful ambience and buffet meals are available here. They serve wide variety of food dishes and desserts too to savour on. My experience at Juhu Govinda’s was blissful. Hare Krishna ✨

A pure vegetarian restaurant in the Iskon Temple premises is a treat for everyone. Their buffets are quite popular. Priced at around 700 Rs. You have wide variety of dishes to chose from. The food is made without onion and garlic but you do not feel any difference while eating. In fact its only more tastier. The staff is delightful and welcoming. The restaurant is very hygienic and neat. I also recommend their Diwali buffet which feels even more festive!

Govinda’s Restaurant has lost its charm! It is no longer what it used to be! Having come here since childhood, there was a time when the food quality & taste was amazing at this place. While the quality of food is still un-compromised, I think they have lost the plot wrt taste. I guess they are trying to cater to too many diverse taste buds & are failing at it. The spread though lavish, disappoints when it comes to taste. They are still running full primarily due to their legacy goodwill. But they clearly don’t pass the standards that today’s generation has got used to when it comes to taste.

First 500, then 650 and now INR 750 . They seem to increase rates like anything. Considering it’s a temple , it should not be this much high for a buffet . Food is good though but they need to work on the price point .

We had the worst experience last Sunday with a group of 17 guests. They call this heaven on earth, but we felt aggravated and insulted from entry to exit. Most Arrogant staff with no respect for the customers. They refused to join tables for our group, literally pushed our guests to hurry up and eat and then leave the table even though there was no guests waiting to be seated. We were three tables and they took away plates for the ones who finished dessert and then rudely asked them to wait outside the hall till the rest of us finish our meal. We felt like rationed workers being churned out and obliged by giving us a table to eat after paying Rs. 750 per person. Food was very mediocre and lacked any appeal. Ironically they say Hare Krishna while greeting you. What a joke. Hope this review reaches the management and a lot of consumers. The overall service at the restaurant is very poor. Staff is extremely rude. They have become absolutely commercial. In the name of God and at such a spiritual place they talk in such an uncourteous manner ! What service are they actually doing in the name of God?

The overall service at the restaurant is very poor. Staff is extremely rude. We just asked for tissue papers n one of them started yelling. Even the overall staff at Iskcon n at the food stalls outside is extremely rude n there is ZERO courtesy. They have become absolutely commercial. Unfortunately, our recent visit to Govandas bistro was a letdown. Despite high expectations, poor food quality, being a religious organisation operated restaurant prices are too high and not the worth…..i had stomach ace after having pizza from this place….they are just cheating with high prices and poor quality food….i will never recommend this place to anyone

Really crappy place. They don't allow people to sit without buying a plate and asked a friend to leave who had just come to sit and meet for 10-15 minutes. Arrogant staff with no respect for the customers. Ironically they say Hare Krishna while greeting you. What a joke.
