Visited Grandmama’s Cafe recently, and it was such a lovely experience! It’s just about a 4-minute walk, and although we had to wait around 5–10 minutes, it was absolutely worth it. The ambience was vibrant, warm, and pleasant, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some good food. The staff deserves special mention—they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. ❤️ We tried the loaded fries, latte, thick shake, garlic bread, mint & litchi lemonade, and Margherita pizza—and honestly, everything was delicious! 🍕🥤🍟 The food was fresh, flavourful, and definitely lived up to expectations. Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And a special brownie point to the staff for their warm and friendly service! Definitely a place I’d love to visit again. ✨

The food was good, light and fresh. attached photo of mezze platter, good + fulfilling for 2-3 people. had ordered a cold coffee and a grilled sandwich apart from this, both were good in terms of quality. they made coffee as I wanted it.

They take service charge even though it is illegal and do not serve even the food. still service charge is being taken. when asked they say it is distributed among the staff.

Grilled veggies and potato wedges wete over spiced and salty. Club sandwich hardly had any chicken and pita was too thick in the shwarma.

The food is decent and the vibe is great, but it’s significantly overpriced. For example, they charge ₹225 for a regular Diet Coke, which is almost 6x the MRP. I understand that cafés and restaurants mark up beverages, but this feels excessive. Another concern is the 7% service charge. While service charges are legally optional and should be left to the customer’s discretion, the establishment presents it as mandatory, which is disappointing.

There's a huge drop in the food quality The chicken was tough & chewy, the restaurant did replace the dish but it was the same again. no longer what it used to be😌

The iced teas were bad. Really bad. Their menu of cold beverages basically includes only Canned or packed drinks shared in a glass and being charged a premium for. Very disappointed.
