cleanliness was below par the table on which we were seated was not cleaned properly it was sticky and the worst part is my shirt was stained because of the un cleaned table. Dust was also visible on the overall floor of the whole restaurant.

There is no maintenance of ambience especially with respect to cleanliness . The chairs were dirty and even tables were full of dust .

We had a really disappointing experience here. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait almost 40 minutes just to be seated. When we finally got a table, it was placed in a corner, which wasn’t ideal. What made things worse was the service. No waiter attended to us for about 20 minutes. When someone finally came, he took our name and number again and made us wait another 15 minutes until we had to complain. The waiter was also quite rude when we expressed our frustration about the delay. To be fair, after our complaint, they did shift us to a better table, and the food service was quick once the order was placed — that’s the only positive part of the experience. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations at all: * The cheese cigars (chef’s recommendation) were soggy * The veg Manchurian was overcooked * The pizza was dry and oddly sweet * The paneer pahadi had a very unpleasant chutney Overall, the combination of poor service and disappointing food made this a place we wouldn’t revisit.
