Oh my goodness. Soul satisfying experience. Truly 10/10. Haven’t had better pourover in Bombay. Coffee is brilliant and food…o man! I am overwhelmed. CoconutShekrato & Smoked Burrata Sandwich is a must try! Never skip a chance to visit this place. Great place for a romantic peaceful date. I lowkey dont want this place to catch the hype and become crowded

My no. 1 cafe in Mumbai. If you love a good coffee, jazz, and simplicity this one’s for you. Feels like home, I can sit for hours here. Not your typical, loud music and crowd chattering cafe. Just peace in the vicinity of Bandra 🎷☕️

Cold brew was fantastic. It was labeled under Fizz but it didn't have any fizz, which actually turned out great. Sandwich options are great. Had BBT and HLT, which were good. The chocolate ganache on vanilla cake was delicious! Would recommend for coffee and desserts for sure. Everything else in the menu looked great too. Staff are friendly and gave good recommendations. Lovely and quiet café off a buzzing Bandra road.

The food was great,loved their matcha as well,the staff was kind and wonderful however the place isn’t very clean,washroom was disgusting,and the overall aesthetic isn’t maintained,I wish they would work on that aspect a bit!

It is a table service place, no server attended to us and I had to go down after 15 min to place the order. No water was served either. Despite this they charged a significant service charge which is not legally allowed. Really unacceptable considering the lack of service

We ordered a mocha frappe and a mezze platter ! Mocha frappe was at first came warm which had to be replaced then.. Mezze platter was very disappointing! Pita bread and falafel was so chewy and did not like the hummus as well.. although the service was excellent..

Skippable. Food portion sizes are super disappointing for the price. I ordered a 3 cheese sandwich and was disappointed. Sea salt latte is pretty average too. The ambience is decent.

had an extremely disappointing experience at Grey Soul. I ordered the Acai Bowl, and it took more than 20 minutes to be served, which was frustrating in itself. To make matters worse, the fruits in the bowl tasted distinctly of onion and garlic, raising serious concerns about the food preparation and hygiene standards. When I brought this to the staff’s attention at the cash counter, the response was equally disappointing. The staff member came across as arrogant, smirked at my complaint, and dismissed it by saying that such a thing was impossible and simply could not happen. Instead of acknowledging the concern or attempting to resolve the issue professionally, he chose to dismiss the customer’s experience outright. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but the way a complaint is handled speaks volumes about the establishment’s service standards. Unfortunately, both the food quality and the staff’s attitude fell well below expectations. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I
