THE WORST CHICKEN BIRYANI I EVER HAD IN A MUGHLAI RESTAURANT. So i have given 4/5 for the food coz i loved almost everything i ordered except the biryani . starters : 1- barra tandoori 4/5 2- chicken hot & sour soup 4.5/5 ( it might be spicy for some but i loved it) 3 - malai tandoori 3.5/5 4- Chicken krekes ( it's just another version of chicken crispy ) 3.5 /5 Main Course : Chicken Lazeez : 4.5/5 . Chicken Tikka Biryani : -100/5.. It was a tawa pulao with chicken tikka pieces Dessert : Arabian pudding :3/5 They seriously need to add on more options in the dessert section. Service: Very very slow . they took 10 mins to give us an add on tandoori roti.

had gone here with my frenz their food is awesome and finger licking i love their chinese more they have got chicken dry items too. uts just that the service here is a bit slow n the quantity if food is a bit less.otherwise everything is good

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a shocking incident that occurred with the food parcel I picked up from your restaurant grills and rice (Nagpada) yesterday night. The parcel included: • Paneer Lazeez • Chicken Manchow Soup • Tandoori Wheat Roti • Prawns Schezwan Rice To my horror, I discovered a metal screw 🔩 inside the Prawns Schezwan Rice. This is not only unhygienic but poses a serious health and safety risk. Consuming such a foreign object could have caused serious injury, especially had it been swallowed unknowingly by a child or elderly family member. I have attached a screenshot from video as evidence of the screw found in the food. This is an extremely dangerous lapse in quality control and food safety, and I urge you to investigate the matter immediately. As a loyal customer who trusted your food quality, this incident has left me extremely disturbed. I expect: • A formal explanation for how this could have happened • Steps being taken to ensure such negligence doesn’t occur again • A suitable resolution or compensation for this distressing experience I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Awaiting your prompt response.

We have been regular customers of Grills and Rice for a long time and usually order quite frequently because the food has always been good. However, the experience on 10th January 2026 was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking. My order was very simple: Chicken Schezwan Rice, Butter Chicken, and 2 Butter Naan (ordered via Zomato). When the food arrived, the butter chicken was sour and the rice smelled strongly of fish, as if it had been cooked in fish oil. I raised a complaint with Zomato, who then connected me to the restaurant. Instead of addressing the issue or apologising, the way they spoke was extremely rude and unacceptable. The staff even implied that we were “beggars” asking for replacement food or a refund — which was insulting, especially considering we are regular customers. This kind of behaviour towards customers is not acceptable. Good food is important, but so is respect. We will make sure that our family and friends do not order from here again, and people should be aware of how this restaurant treats its customers.

this was our 2 nd visit to the restaurant since the 1 st one was in 2021 which was a great one but this time the restaurant truly disappointed us the veg options had a clear taste of meat also the nonveg options were not great never visiting again

The service is very bad..On ordering Chicken Mongolian Pot Rice got Veg Pot rice..And when told to the person who took our order..He denied it and spoke very rudely that it's Sunday and they can't do anything.

wat a shameful experience the last order of chicken Starters was yuck.. they just served it without making fresh and this led to food poisoning of one of our friends very bad experience
