I have a weakness for kadai chicken, and Gulmurg's version did not disappoint. The chicken was tender, and the rich, aromatic gravy was simply mouthwatering. The restaurant's commitment to delivering hot and flavorsome food was evident.

Went to Gulmarg at Shalimar Hotel as a lunch guest. The ambience and the menu both belong in the 90’s , it’s a restaurant that is crying out for a revamp . The restaurant was empty bar 1 other table but yet the service was incredibly slow and when we complained they were not bothered and said they have to get food from 1 level down . The food in my opinion was overpriced and very mediocre for the quality and quantity served . I had to get my meal packed and leave without having lunch, while the rest of the group waited Additionally the air conditioning was turned off and then turned back on when we complained about it being too hot . Throught the meal I had the distinct feeling of being unwelcome by the service staff , as if they really did not want us to eat there and it was too much of a bother to serve . Thoroughly disappointing

Such a disappointment. The quantity is very very less, the pricing is bizarre for the quantity served and it doesn't even taste good. The food lacks flavour and isn't worth spending upon. Half of the items on the menu weren't available. We were a family of 7 and we asked for a specific table which when we walked in was not occupied but we were told that it was reserved. By the time, we finished dinner, the restaurant also started wrapping up which clearly means that there was no reservation as such and the manager lied. I would strongly recommend not wasting your money here.

Food is filled with oil and even though restaurant is shut for renovation since years now, they are keeping their kitchen on for deliveries and sending sub standard and unhygienic food to customers even after charging exorbitant prices. Food authority of India needs to check their kitchen as they are sending food that is full of oil

pathetic pathetic n pathetic... food was below average... service was dull and wait of over 1.5 hours just to charge 18% tax... I understand, it's an 4star restaurant but it deserves none... one of the most pathetic experience... lost my time
