They make some amazing cakes🤩 I love the varieties they have to offer us.. I always get my cakes especially made by them as they don’t make it too sweet.. perfect blend of taste and sweetness🎂👍🏻

I just had to write a review for Gunchiiis for making and serving Fresh Cakes and Pastries in this Lockdown. Gunchiiis is one of the best cake shop rn as Chocolate lovers will get alot of options. Just a suggestion, please add Red Velvet Cake in your Menu.

The most pathetic experience with this faltu cake service, they literally spoiled my daughter's first birthday and the female staff there was shameless and disrespectful with the customers. she didn't even had the courtesy to correct her mistake. coming to the cake part, cake was prepared in the last minute even though I had placed the order 2 days in advance. this resulted in poor cake quality and it was literally runny. they didn't honoured their commitment of timely delivery and also they didn't provided us with the items which was requested and agreed. 0 stars for the service and staff behaviour. never going to them again. literally feeling to use cuss words.

We ordered butterscotch cake (500gms) to our surprise some mango/orange flavored syrup was put on top of it, which obviously doesn't goes well with butterscotch. The sugar balls which are a part of butterscotch flavor were extremely sweet and unbearable. The cream had some strong smell of essence which wasn't pleasant. Also the quantity of cream was more than the actual cake which was not a good match since the over sweetness spoils the taste. TASTE matters, presentation comes after the taste. We are very disappointed with what Gunchiis had delivered looking at the price we have paid.

This was the cake that was received on the other end from Zomato, who picked this yesterday @ 11:40 am from Gunchiiis shop. we felt there will be enough chocolates as per your picture but sadly the number of chocolates are very few!!! the picture contains name of my sister is the real picture and another picture is from Gunchiiis cake shop
