The place is overpriced and very average food. So many new Italian places have opened up, the pizza and pasta didn’t feel like they are anything special for the price that was charged. I had higher expectations. We were a group of 8 and the table arranged for us was right at the entrance, tucked away in a corner next to the bar. No feel of ambience from that table. The chairs were really uncomfortable to sit at. The service was quick, but our waiter seemed rather confused with the recommendations. In general, I’d say the staff can be better versed with the menu, food is overrated and overpriced for sure.

I have loved Gustoso for many years and had great memorable meals over the past few years, but today it felt like the standard of food and service has dropped.

so many staff but terrible service. no ketchup, no wifi, there's a lot of no's. many restaurants with better food across Mumbai.

We decided the order but the waiter gave his recommendations and asked us to order that. It had truffle oil which I dont like so I asked him to add minimal truffle oil but for some reason the pizza had a very strong pungent smell. We did not even eat a single bite and they did not even cancel that order. Then they added service charge in the bill which is illegal. Overall not a good experience

Pathetic service. Ordered the gnocchi, it smelled funny and tasted bad. Two of us had a bite each and asked the server to clear the plates and the entire portion. None of the servers even asked if something was wrong with the food. Bad food can be a one off and is understandable if there’s an apology or offer to make it better but topping that off with such trash service is infuriating.
