Ordered nawabi thali from Zomato. When placing the order the app showed delivery in 30-40 minutes after waiting for twice that, the order was cancelled. I waited 40 minutes for order then support made me wait 40 minutes more then order was cancelled and I had to place order elsewhere and wait 45 more minutes. What's worse is, as I am writing this review the restaurant page is still showing me 30-40 minutes delivery when they are making people wait 70-80 minutes and cancelling. Pathetic from both the restaurant and Zomato.

Please shut this bad version of Haldiram's i have known all my life. Hailing from Delhi, Haldiram's has always been a synonym with quality and taste. This nagpur version is not even close, the food here tastes like some low grade dhaba. It is unbelievable how one brand can have such different quality. This is not even 10 percent of what the Delhi or north Indian Haldiram's is, please dont waste your time or money here.

Food quality extremely subpar Quantity wise too the bhaturas, dahi vada are not a match to usual standards Bhature are like bread- they seem frozen breads that fried and sold Dahi vada was just watery …too soaked …zero flavour

Had malai paneer combo. First of all the malai paneer taste was just about okay. The portion was very less for money. Then they had only frozen parantha with it. So bad. Never coming again.

I ordered dabeli It was cold as ice ₹41 not worth it Please do not consume. you may fall ill, coz the masala tasted old too
