Worst Ever Experience at this Haldiram branch at Infinity Mall Malad west. Ordered Chilli garlic noodles which didn’t have chillies at all but it did have ginger garlic paste. Didn’t even have either soy sauce or even Vinegar in it not even in the outlet as they refused to give us saying they don’t. Tikki Chhole had 1 kg Chhole in it & Tikki was hard to find underneath. Moreover it was served Cold. Paav Bhaaji had a peculiar smell as if they used palm oil or something worse than that. Aamras was not sweet at all. It was like an ugly looking and tasteless custard. Each dish that we ordered butchered our taste buds mercilessly. Eat here only if you are a diehard fan of Haldiram & after that you won’t remain anymore 🥹

My overall experience was just pathetic! Food was not at all fresh. I had ordered a Rajkachori and it didn’t taste fresh. On my review to the staff, they started arguing on the point that all other customers are ordering and no complaint. Further he started arguing with me thinking of the item which I had not even ordered. When we pay 3x of the price what is available in the market, they should atleast offer something fresh. I am never going back to haldiram’s.

Awful service. Staff is good at heart but they are not at all trained. I had a District discount applicable of INR 150 however Shifa mentioned that they dont know what District App is & only know about swiggy dineout. Additionally- no QR codes work. I couldnt order from the table & couldnt give a feedback as well. Havent even had the food but the experience for ordering is pathetic & embarrassing. Absolutely shameful

Went there on 10th Jan’25 for a quick dinner. Ordered pav bhaji , masala dosa , dal makhni rice bowl and palak patta chat. Pav bhaji and Masala dosa was probably stale and contaminated. We felt it was a bit off but did have it. Both my son and husband had an upset stomach. Portion sizes have reduced in the recent past and this bad experience was the final nail on the coffin

We ordered chhole bhature and it was drooling in oil. When we complained about it to the manager, Mr. Prabhat. He arrogantly says “Aisa hi ayega”. This quality and this type of customer support and service is not expected from Haldiram’s. They are playing with people’s health and do not care about the service.

really pathetic. ragda patties without any chatni and onion...also cold like ice...ordered butter roti got plain one....also staff attitude pathetic... forgot to mention..thali also all cold and tasteless...food was looking stale as well. panner was like a sweet...hope to never see this outlet again...

Just came out of the restaurant which has long line to order the food , We had Raj kachori -2/10 Chhole bhature -8/10 Thali -5/10 Service-1/10 Overall not a good experience

Had some expectations from the chole bhature from here, but was very disappointed 😔 quality bhi nahi acha aur quantity bhi nahi.

No service at all. They dont bother to pick up the call if you want to make changes in your order.
