Had good experience at Haldiram Vashi. We ordered Chole bhature and maysur masala dosa. Food came fast and was good in taste as always. Only suggestion is to work on AC. There is need to improve cooling

Chole taste was not upto the mark, tasteless, too much masala. Single aloo piece, onion was put in plate. Two Bhature were of different shape and become hard we finish.

I went to this outlet to get some mithai and the staff was really sweet too, but then when it was time to pay, I payed and the amount was deducted from my bank account but their machine said that the session was expired, so they asked me to saty for a while, I stayed for 10 minutes, but their machine didn't receive the money, so they made me pay again for the same bill, I payed twice, they assured me that the money will be refunded in 24hrs, so I took the number of the manager and payed the money for the second time. I didn't receive the money in 24grs, they said wait for 48 hours, still no refund, it has been more than 3 days, sure the manager is accomodative but I haven't received my refund yet. I've been having things from Haldiram's ever since I was a child, My family trusts this place, it's a comfort food place for me, but having this inconvenience is making it difficult to trust the brand for me.

This review is based on my visit to the Haldiram's outlets in Vashi Inorbit Mall. We ordered a Dahi Puri and Chole Samosa. I had Dahi Puri at the outlet and took the Samosa Parcel. The Dahi Puri was good but Chole Samosa was a nightmare. When I opened the packet, the Samosa was cold as ice, straight from the refrigerator. I contacted the store and Haldiram's helpline to report the event. They told me that they will get back to me but I didn't receive any communication.

We visited Haldiram outlet at Vashi InOrbit mall on June 22, 2025 around 7:40 pm. We observed the following: 1. Surprised to find that Haldiram does not add onion, Sev and coriander to its Dahi Papdi Chat. 2. The coffee served was cold as their milk heating machine was not working and they did not have courtesy to inform the customers beforehand. 3. They had allowed a person to carry KFC dine-in plate/box and eat it beside the restaurant

Third class restaurant, will never order again from such cheap place, cheaters at the restaurant telling zomato that order was cancelled, but I didn't, my app showing 45 minutes delay on order , I had ordered navratri thali for my mother as she was on fast today, but no order prepared from last 1 hour

Our experience was really saddening. There were cockroaches near the kitchen, and our complaint about the same was left unheard. The staff was misbehaving with other customers as well like abusing them, it was really a bad experience. Food was okay, wouldn't recommend this outlet
