The first licensed bar in Mumbai, it is located at the lobby level and offers a spectacular view of the harbour of Gateway of India. At the entrance is a white marble counter with well stocked bar which is difficult to miss. The bar menu offers classics carefully poured by the bartenders. It was my first and I must say the best experience with their wine. A small tip :the comfortable sofas by the window are the most coveted seats. The service, as expected was top-notch, personalised and warm. I shall definitely visit soon to try their single malts.

The Hospitality is always top notch when you visit any Taj. Harbour Bar is Mumbai's first licensed bar. Its a small place with limited seating one the upper floor is Wasabi. Mostly people visit Harbour Bar for the Historic drinks, we weren't different. So we ordered Harbour Since 1933 and friend ordered Amrut (a scotch) and mocktail. While preparing the drink, you get to hear the history and how it is prepared. Enjoy your drink overlooking Gateway of India.

I have been here say 3 to 4 times n never got dissapointed. They have a good collection of drinks, especially rum, whisky n also beers. Best starters, very innovative, quick service n best ambience. Feels good to sit n have drinks here. Very royal n relaxing. Thank u so much for best hospitality. Wherever I have visited Taj, let it be Pune, Mumbai, Colombo etc u have the same standards world over. Love u Taj. Kudos.

One of the best places to have a drink with your loved one . Sea view , amazing staff and amazing drinks what more would one want . So we orders for the famous drink that takes you back in history of taj go for it ask for it . It's an amazing combination of alcohol served in a flaming glass. They severe amazing bitings too . Worth a visit On a rainy day . Mind you no kids allowed .

Overlooking the gateway of India is a small bar which leads the way to Wasabi on the first floor. Had two signature drinks Bombay Blaze and at the Harbour since 1933. Historical drinks made at your table with detail explanation about the process and the importance. Thank you Bhushan and Sandeep. Worth trying the two drinks. My fav is at the Harbour since 1933.

The vibes of this place is something which you will hardly find anywhere. The atmosphere is so calm ,rich and relax if you had bad a bad day just go and sit there and have your drink your mood will change with in minutes. If you are creating something and wanna have some peace just go to this place.

Historical place with scenic view of Gateway takes your breath away.. and a nice drink to soothe your nerves is a cherry on top.. loved the ambience and staff was friendly and vigilant too..

One of the oldest and finest bars that a hotel has in the country and they have always lived up to the fact of knowing their clients especially their Taj Club members by name and basis the same they also know what vodka you like or say a wine or a beer I would definitely recommend that your into whisky or single malts then this is the best place that you will get your poison for sure Great place for hanging out with friends or even on business too!!

Was there 23rd evening to enjoy some wine and soak in the beautiful place.... but the experience didn’t go as planned thanks to a tiny cockroach jumping around on our table which fell from the popcorns!!!! That really makes me question the hygiene of the place and it goes without saying how much a cockroach freaks me out.... worst part is I noticed the cockroach after I had consumed some of the popcorn which felt gross!!!! This was highlighted to the associate but of course all he could do was apologise and walk away. Not a nice experience since you end up feeling sick after spotting such things on your date night!

Discrimination at its finest. Shouldn't be surprised that a brand that advertises itself for its compassion and humility, and for how down to earth Ratan Tata was, as PR machinery would also have classist dress codes for people (visibly a foreign tourist) just because they are wearing sandals in 37 degrees heat. Not all of us can have humble air-conditioned BMWs that can drop us to the hotel. We went to the Bay View Cafe down the road for drinks and it was far nicer and had a better view. Would recommend that over this discriminatory hotel chain.
