The place is very shady. The opening time provided in zomato is 12:30 but they refused service till 1:30. The mocktails were beautiful, however, the nachos platter was average and the Pizza cheese was so rubbery and the base sauce was sweet. Overall a very bad experience. The staff behaved dismissively as well.

We came for a corporate dinner, we asked to be seated in air conditioning. The coordinator did not provide us the details that the air conditioning was in a hookah section. We expected them to make all the arrangements prior to our arrival but the staff started sweeping the section after the group had arrived. After being seated, it took half an hour to bring welcome drinks which were terrible, soup was cold, veg starters were tasteless and non veg starters were too spicy. We had to ask 5-6 times for basic cutlery and plates and even water was not served until we asked them to provide. They told that there will be a dance area and will start early for the group but after arriving at 6 PM, being seated at 6:45 PM, even at 8:30 PM, they have not cleared out the tables to make a dance floor. The service is horrible and the food is tasteless. I could not even wait for the gathering to end to write this review. Never have a gathering in this place, you will definitely be disappointed

I had good impression of this place as per rating given in Zomato ….but unfortunately the experience was completely opposite. Food was below expectations..,service was damn slow I had to walk all the way to the captain to order something as they were not approachable even after calling them twice or thrice….a mere thing like fresh lime soda took half n hour to get served on our table……I was in a good mood to celebrate one of my friends birthday at this place…..but it ruined all the fun…..wud never recommend this place to anyone. On approaching to the owner to complain for the slow service it was said to us that they are under staff. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Please do not waste time and money here; all reviews showing 4 star and above seem to be bought by offering free food to Food bloggers. - Beer unavailable, available beer straight out of crate and hot - Cold Water bottles not available -Stewards hanging around on phone as if they own the place - Loud music - Cheap crowd - General service time is about 15 minutes - Truely a self service place, search ur seat, search for a waiter, assist him in reading the menu, search for water, search for ice

We ordered prawns fried rice and kungpao chicken. The rice was cold, tasteless and the prawns was stale. The chicken was too spicy. They serve you anything taking advantage of the dark ambience. Sound was too too loud. Unbearable. Couldn't even communicate with the waiters. Have very limited options in bar section. Used to be a great place. Food also used to be good. Don't think will visit again.

yesterday we visited hotel...ambience was good. and photogenic.but food was not good at all...the took too much time for cooking but not serving tasty food...I like only white sauce pasta...but veg dum biryani was like normal khichadi rice..not recommend anyone henceforth

the service was extremely slow it nearly took them an hour after placing order to get our pizza and even for the bill. pizza was also pretty ordinary nothing great about it

The place was quite shady, the quality of food was not great. The Entrance door was locked, not a place to take your kids. Neither Pet Friendly 😡

Shameful doesn’t even understand that it is a residential area and need to low down music . It has created an havoc for nearby society members
