I understand that the restaurant does not accept reservations, which is completely fine. However, the experience after reaching the venue was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed quite unorganized and were unable to provide even an approximate waiting time for a table. We were a group of 12 people, and not only could they not commit to a timeline, but they also mentioned they were unsure if they could arrange seating for all of us together. When we asked how it would work if we were split across different tables despite being a group, the response was simply that they couldn’t help it. This level of inconvenience and lack of coordination was quite frustrating. Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave the venue without dining
