Great place right opposite Girgaum Chowpatty. Good food and good variety. Loved their strawberry menu! Must try their strawberry shake. It is truly decadent. However, they need more service staff. There were only 2 servers when we visited - the cafe was full. The 2 people were struggling to manage orders. We had to call them and struggle to get their attention - not their fault as they were continuously busy. Also, the hot chocolate was exceedingly disappointing. We clearly mentioned "thick chocolate" and were assured it would be thick. However, all we got was Bournvita/Boost. We returned and the replacement drink was a stronger Boost with Hazelnut essence. Finally, we asked for a chocolate shake which was terribly powdery. All other dishes were perfect and delicious. Will definitely visit again.

A charming little café tucked near Girgaon Chowpatty that works perfectly as a pit stop after a walk along Marine Drive. HAV Coffee has that relaxed neighbourhood café vibe — minimal interiors, the aroma of fresh coffee in the air, and a menu designed around comfort bites and specialty beverages. The coffee selection is where the café shines. The Spanish Latte is easily one of the more enjoyable picks on the menu — creamy, slightly sweet and well balanced, making it ideal for those who prefer their coffee on the indulgent side. The Salted Caramel Cappuccino also stands out with a pleasant balance between sweetness and espresso bitterness. If you’re in the mood for something more dessert-like, the Lotus Biscoff Milkshake is rich and decadent, while their classic cold coffee is a refreshing companion for Mumbai’s warm evenings. On the food front, the menu leans toward light café plates and quick bites. The Chilli Cheese Toast is simple but satisfying with a nice crisp base and gooey topping. The Korean Garlic Bun offers a buttery, garlicky bite that pairs well with coffee, while the Avocado on Toast feels fresh and wholesome. The Nachos with salsa and sour cream make for an easy sharing snack if you’re visiting with friends. For something slightly more filling, the Mexican Burrito Bowl brings together beans, rice and toppings for a hearty café-style meal, while the Cottage Cheese Steak with ratatouille and Green Thai Curry with rice offer continental and Asian options that round out the menu nicely. Coffee just tastes like cold milk with ice. No coffee taste no add sugar options at the table. It doesn’t even feel like I had coffee after spending Rs 600 !

Absolutely worst experience. This waiter named POOJA who took our order was so rude when we asked her where is my order, she said we did not make it because we were not sitting properly. This is not how you respond to a regular customer.. This specific girl has done this rude behavior multiple times. This is going to bring the restaurant down. They should really work on how they treat their customers. Her name is Pooja we will advise you to not place your order to her.

There is a girl name pooja working there the tone was so bad while talking and not worst bringing our order and then straight up lies that we didn’t order we went to their owner told them about it that girl straight up changed her tone .worst service never visiting again

Bad service and extremely slow — took 20 minutes for one milkshake. Cafe was dirty with flies everywhere, card machine wasn’t working, and the salted caramel milkshake tasted neither salty nor caramel. Very average overall.

the overall experience was good. however the strawberry on the crepe had a pungent onion smell on it. which they couldnt do anything about.
