So we ordered a dal and veg kadhai. The portion looked good enough but only from outside the vessel. As soon as we put the spoon we had already touch the bottom of the vessel. With that we had ordered missi roti and that was unchewable. They are just fooling people. Over charging, giving less quantity and quality is also very okayish. Not value for money 👎👎👎👎 this place used to be my favourite earlier but now its a total flop

Very very disappointed with the Dahi Idli that I ordered recently - and I regularly dine in and order from High Point. Hardly any dahi, just a plain dry idli with very little dahi. Extremely annoyed after being such a long-standing patron.

I mistakenly paid High Point twice using Google Pay, but they have not refunded me yet. Their staff lacks service manners, is very rude, has dirty toilets, and seems to be doing guests a favour. Owners don't care the damn about customers and sense of resolving the issue. Very bad.

Staff is not friendly at all, ordered a veg cheese grilled sandwich, made him repeat the order as well. But he delivered a normal sandwich and when I told him it’s their mistake, they refused to accept it and gave no solution.

v ordered masala papad which was very salty v had to return it, also the ver kadai was tasteless. Disappointed.

Please never order any Chinese gravies from here. They are very bad, instead have any Chinese starter.
