Worst Food and Extremely Rude Behavior – Never Visiting Again. My wife and her friend visited Hotel Highway Break, Kharghar on 9th January 2026, and the experience was absolutely pathetic. The quality of food and its preparation was the worst we have ever experienced. The taste was completely different from what was ordered, poorly cooked, and clearly lacked basic standards of hygiene and freshness. When my wife politely informed the waiter that the food did not taste like what was ordered, the waiter casually replied, “Our preparation is like that.” This shows sheer arrogance and zero concern for customer satisfaction. When my wife & her friends stated that they would not pay for one particular dish due to its unacceptable quality, instead of handling the situation professionally, the hotel captain raised his voice abruptly and behaved very rudely. This kind of aggressive and disrespectful behavior towards customers—especially ladies—is completely unacceptable. This hotel clearly lacks: Basic food quality standards Professional staff behavior Respect for customers Proper complaint handling Such attitude and service are a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are far better restaurants in Kharghar that actually value customers and serve edible food. One of the worst dining experiences ever. Avoid this place at all costs.

*1/5 stars* "Disappointing experience at HIGHWAY BREAK. Ordered Arabian cuisines but it was not available despite being listed on the menu. When I asked for an alternative, the staff seemed unhelpful. we ordered chicken fried rice The food that was served was not cooked and rice was hard and lacking flavor. Not worth the price. Maybe they were having an off day, but hopefully, they'll improve soon."

We had come here to have a lunch and we had ordered all veg dishes , sadly in one of dishes ordered we found a piece of egg shell Very disappointed with this experience If you’re a vegetarian then reconsider your decision because the kitchen of veg and non veg food is the same and such mistakes may repeat in future as well

The worst experience was we found an chicken or mutton chunks in egg curry masala.. it shows how careless people are here. They gave same gravy for egg masala as non-veg. For people who only eat egg this was not very pleasant experience, we don't face such issues even in small dhaba's but it was not expected here.
