Had the most wonderful experience at Hitchki BKC! ❤️ From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with so much warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. The managers were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had the best table and were comfortable throughout our visit. A special shoutout to **Vinayak**, who truly went above and beyond to take care of us from start to finish. He was attentive, warm, knowledgeable and made sure every little detail was taken care of. It honestly felt less like just going out for dinner and more like being genuinely looked after. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, the ambience was vibrant and beautiful, and the entire experience was so well put together. But what truly stood out for me was the **hospitality**. Good food can bring you to a restaurant, but genuinely kind people are what make you want to come back. Thank you to the entire Hitchki BKC team for such a memorable evening, and especially Vinayak for making us feel so special. ❤️

This place is awesome. When we went there on Saturday it was a Retro theme and oh my God..what a vibe..the music was too good and we enjoyed a lot. Food was also good but for my Jain Friends who want something without onion and garlic they have very limited options.

The food is really great and definitely worth trying! However, the service could be improved. There can be a bit of a wait, and you often have to call the waiters multiple times to place your order. Overall, the food is good, but more attentive and prompt service would make the dining experience much better.

Very disappointing experience at Hitchki BKC. The service was extremely poor, and the food quality was not up to the mark. I ordered the Peri Peri Fries, but it felt like they had simply added a lot of red chilli powder. It was extremely spicy and not enjoyable at all. When I informed the server that the fries were too spicy, they went to the kitchen, and instead of taking the feedback seriously, I could hear them laughing. That kind of behaviour is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. Overall, both the food and service were disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not consider visiting Hitchki BKC again. I hope the management takes customer feedback and staff behaviour more seriously.

Very untrained staff. The lady at the registration desk denied our already reserved table (via Zomato) because she mistook my name for somebody else’s and said there was no reservation under your name and also no table available. It was after a lot of back and forth that she understood her mistake and let us sit. Also, very sub-par food, not worth the money.

Stewards were laid back and rough… served paavbhaji in roadside manner.. paav was stale and there were flies on our table flying on our food… overall bad experience.
