Visiting Hitchki after a good two years on a Saturday night, but the vibe was the same… great food, Bollywood music and drinks… wasn’t crazy crowded as before, but that made the experience even more fun!

Food was decent. Ambience was good for a sit down and talking at a comfortable volume. However, it got louder as night went on. Service was not great.

The food and ambience was good but service and staff were not supportive. Despite having booking for 3 people we were asked to accommodate on a 2 seated table. The third chair kept in aisle was very uncomfortable. They forgot to register one of our order and then we had to remind them. Sizzling dessert was served but no spoons were provided even after asking. In the end we had to get up and pick spoons from near by tables.

Food was average, and certain portion of the dishes we ordered for eg : Naan, Fries were undercooked. Have been visiting Hitchki since last few years, the quality of food has degraded, it’s just the ambience and the DJ is some what keeping the vibe alive

The main area was booked for a corporate event, which I got to know only upon my arrival at the restaurant. If this was the case, they shouldn't have been taking bookings via apps, or at least informed us in advance. The mayonnaise served with french fries (a vegetarian snack) had egg in it. When first asked, the server, quite confidently said it didn't have egg. When we tasted it and asked again he went to the kitchen to confirm, only to tell us that it indeed had egg. We are vegetarians! We didn't create a ruckus, but it certainly called for it! this is very unprofessional and wrong. One of my friends is also allergic to eggs. It could have been really bad for us. We ordered paneer tikka - the waiter took our order, came back after 10 minutes to tell us their tandoor was "not open", so they can't prepare tikkas. Segregate the menu as per the timing in that case! The food quality also greatly disappointed us. The leaking water from their AC vent added to our bad experience.

By mistake I forgot to use Zomato booking app and ended up paying full amount. Rang up the outlet within one hour and asked if I pay through app can I get the original payment refunded. They refused. I lost ₹2600 including ₹200 paid to Zomato as cover amount. Very bitter experience

Poor vibe, ambience and ear splitting movie in an almost empty space. We simply left. Maybe went on an unusually bad day. But it's not the place it used to be before. Lost it's shine and charm.
