The food and service was nice. The music was not great. I made a reservation asking if its with music. They said yes post 9pm. But, they didnt play any good music until 10 15 even on request. Apart from that we liked the ambience and food.

The staff seemed to be in a rush to clear the area. We had just ordered appetizers and were pressured into placing our main course order immediately. It was strange to see them taking last orders at 11 PM on a weekend and repeatedly emphasizing it. We had not even finished our appetizers when the main course arrived, and eventually the remaining appetizers were cleared without even asking us. They were still taking last orders for drinks until 11:50 PM (we weren’t drinking). If the wrap-up time is 12:00 AM, how does that align with accepting drink orders so close to closing? Does that mean a customer ordering at 11:50 PM is expected to finish their drink within 10 minutes? While we were having the main course, we were interrupted at least three times and told that the time was up and they needed to wrap up. This was around 11:50 PM. They somehow managed to get us done by 12:00 AM, citing the plan timing.

Hitchki Nesco,, I had a very, very bad experience due to very harsh, rude staff. Mr ASHLEY was very rude and threw horrible attitude.,, I have never ever seen any staff across Mumbai restaurants throwing such kind of attitude. He was extremely rude. The whole restaurant was empty when we came for lunch, and he said the whole restaurant is booked, and we can only give you one table with high chairs,, we requested him that we have two small kids and we want a lower sitting which he refused, flatly, and argued non-stop.. the whole restaurant was empty. The worst part was his very bad behaviour and attitude. Would never ever visit her again and would never recommend this place to anybody..

Less quantity and not at all tasty food, taste and Masala’s are not what you expect at Hitchki Goregaon. Nothing worth recommending at all. Better go to any local bar but not this for sure, or go home and sleep.

If this is not a child friendly restaurant, it should have been mentioned at the time of booking. I booked the table with cover charges and was declined entry because I had a 12 year old with me
