Hola Chai, just located in the opposite lane of Mahim Station, West. It's fairly a new place and is entirely dedicated to hot beverages, tea in particular. Apart from the classic tea they have chocolate tea as well which I would love to try. The normal tea which is priced at 10₹ was a good deal and the taste was promising too. Not watery, it was perfect. They even sell biscottis which are worth trying. A new entrant in the tea section, worth trying out.

Chai and Osmani Biscuits are my daily bread every morning. They serve the most hygienic tea on the mahim station side.
