HOPS has always been our go-to place to unwind and relax. They opened their doors in Malad a while ago and we were super excited to try this all-new outlet. Dropped by this place last weekend, and I must say Hops has maintained its charm in Malad too, after Andheri. The place was completely sold out, with a really good crowd, and the vibe was 10/10. Coming to the F&B part, in drinks we tried Gin Botanic, which was a mix of gin, cucumber, basil, sweet and sour topped with tonic water. Loved it! A perfect one to quench your thirst this summer. Next, we had a Moscow mule which was vodka mixed with lime juice and house-made ginger beer. Lovely presentation and great taste! For the appetisers we tried chicken lollipop which was served piping hot with a crisp texture from outside; well-cooked & super soft from inside. A perfect option to pair with your booze. We also tried Bhuna Masala Bhatti chicken tikka which was Smokey kebabs served in the most fancy way possible having live charcoal on the table. It was mildly spiced and had a dominant charcoal flavour and aroma to it. A must try! Also, if you are at HOPS you cannot miss out on their Iconic Chakhna platter which is our favourite thing to munch on alongside our drinks. For the mains we had Smokey chicken tikka butter masala which was chicken tikka with a velvety and buttery gravy. A perfect mix of butter chicken and chicken tikka I would say. We paired it with butter garlic naan Laccha paratha and it tasted absolutely amazing. Lastly, we ordered chicken tikka biryani which would easily suffice 2-3 average eaters. Perfect and aromatic biryani with generous portions of chicken tikka in it. For our sweet tooth, we ordered a sizzling brownie which was fresh and had that perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture to it. Hospitality at HOPS has always been on point so is the case here at the Malad outlet. The staff is extremely helpful and makes sure everything is swift and flawless.

Some places are just restaurants… and then there are places like Hops Kitchen & Bar, Versova — where the vibe hits you before the food does ✨ Walk in, and you’re instantly greeted with an easy, breezy charm — a space that flows seamlessly from chic indoor seating to a stunning open-air terrace. Think warm lights, a soft coastal breeze, clinking glasses, and the unmistakable buzz of laughter. Add to that live IPL screening, and you’ve got the perfect blend of energy + comfort. It’s the kind of place where evenings stretch longer than planned. What truly stood out? The hospitality — effortless, attentive, and genuinely warm without being intrusive. The kind that makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. Now, let’s get into the good stuff 🤍 We kicked things off with a Virgin Pina Colada — tropical, creamy, and refreshing — alongside their cocktail Hopiit, which was light, summery, and dangerously easy to sip on (especially with those irresistible ₹99 drink offers 👀).

Had a great time at Hops Malad 🍻✨ The vibe is super lively with great music and a chill ambience—perfect for hanging out with friends. The food was really good, especially their starters, and the drinks menu has a nice variety. Service was quick and staff were friendly, which made the experience even better. It does get a bit crowded during peak hours, but that just adds to the energy of the place. Overall, a fun spot for good food, drinks, and vibes 💃🏻 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)

We recently visited Hops Kitchen & Bar in Malad and had a satisfying meal. The menu offers a good variety of Asian and North Indian options, and the atmosphere is quite inviting for a relaxed dinner. The crispy chicken starter was a highlight, perfectly seasoned and lived up to its name with a great crunch. The manchow soup served as a classic, warming beginning to the meal. For the main course, the chicken gravy was flavorful and paired excellently with the soft, indulgent cheese garlic naan.

If you’re in Andheri Lokhandwala, you already know HOPS is iconic… and now it’s in Malad West & Versova too! Tried their food + drinks and honestly — totally worth it. Butter garlic chicken was super yum, pizza was fresh & cheesy, cocktails were amazing, and the chicken platter was perfect for sharing. Plus… drinks starting at just ₹99? That’s a steal. Definitely a spot to chill, eat, and repeat 🍻

Zomato giving offer of a 20% discount on the total bill at Hop Kitchens & Bar. However, the restaurant manager declined to honor this offer, stating that the discount is applicable only to food items and not to beverages. This discrepancy is quite disappointing.

Food is average as per the price list. Service needs to be apt which is again below average. Simple calculation is if prices are high then kindly maintain the standards of services & food quality
