The Food is really good. We chose a La carte and even something as simple as slow roasted tomato soup was very good and rich. Veggie burgers too are pretty good, and you can customize them quite a bit. Everyone in the family enjoyed this.

It was my birthday cum retirement party and we were treated so well and felt warm and welcomed from beginning to end and enjoy every bit of this meal. Thanks and God bless ITC Hotel and its group of hotels

Previously we used to go quite often for a buffet dinner at Hornbys pavilion at ITC Parel. This time we were nine persons -all family, we were celebrating a birthday. The food was simply not upto the mark. It was cold, there was a meat curry dish in which there were nothing but bones. We had to literally move the spoon in the entire dish to search for a small piece, it was so humiliating and pathetic. There were no fresh salads, the fresh lime water/soda was tasteless. We had to literally call someone whenever we wanted something at our table. Nobody was coming to even ask if we had spoons or we wanted extra glasses when our guests arrived.Everytime we wanted something one of us had to get up go and call and tell someone to get roti or starters to be served at the table. In the vegetable starters the cauliflower dish was below average. Never expected this from a restaurant of their status. All of us after paying such a large bill simply had a meal of dal rice and some bhindi and curd rice. Absolutely pathetic. I was extremely disappointed with the food and service this time at Hornbys Pavilion.

Taste of food is very dull and not as pwr expectations. Their non veg ia etter than veg. Extremely slow service and even not value dor money except the hotel ambience. Inspite of booking we had to wait for 20 mins even.
