Had to wait for ice cubes for 25 mins. Not coming again. They only serve if you are a regular member. Check google review too.

Dear [Manager/Hotspot Team], I’m writing to express my disappointment following a very unpleasant experience at your establishment on 4th July, around 8 PM. My friend and I ordered a beer, which was served properly. Following that, we ordered 2x 180ml Bacardi rum. Unfortunately, the rum appeared to be diluted with water. Since it was served in a glass, we didn’t notice at first. However, by the time we began our second quarter, we realized something wasn’t right — the rum lacked its usual taste and strength. To verify, we tasted the drink without any mixer and confirmed that it was not proper. We informed the waiter immediately, requested that the first quarter be removed from the bill, and asked for the second quarter to be replaced, which was then served properly. I’ve also retained samples of both the initial and replacement servings for reference. We requested to speak with the manager three times, but no one came to address our concern. It was only during billing that I finally managed to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, he was dismissive and refused to acknowledge the issue, insisting that no mistake had been made on their part. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I’ve never encountered a situation where a restaurant would dilute alcohol and try to deceive its customers. To make matters worse, the manager's rude and unprofessional attitude made the situation even more frustrating. I will not be returning to your establishment and will be sharing this experience with others to ensure they are aware.

These idiots told me there’s an offer on bira white and bira strong as a pitcher for 999. When ordered a pitcher of bira strong, they gave me bira white. Any beer lover knows a peculiar taste of a bira white to have an orange tangy taste whereas the strong has a peculiar taste known to beer lovers. They’re trying to cheat is the problem. Not the cost or something but deceiving the customers is what i feel isn’t needed The manager came and argued about it being a bira strong. Giving all logic-less excusess, trying to save their own reputation for their own act of cheating. SAVE YOUR SELF RESPECT and DIGNITY by not giving up to some manager trying to deceive you into believing their crap logic!! The manager came 2nd time out of nowhere to argue with us because the people on the other table felt the same. This is truly cheating and and unethical treatment to customers. Stop yourself from getting cheated. I would recommend you to ask them to pour the pitcher while being present physically at the bar counter.

This is the worst restaurant you can visit.We order 3 dishes n it took more then 1 hour 45minutes to bring the 2 dish and we have to cancel the 3,rd dish.the service was so slow and the food was so bland.there was only 2 waiters and they juggling so hard.the restaurant was not even full and the amount of time they were taking thts too much and the quantity was so less.I ll never suggest someone to visit here

Pathetic experience, mannerless waiters and below par food quality. The staff doesn't have the basic manners to talk to customers. A road side Chinese stall gives a much better customer service compared to these people.
