The food was awesome and the ambience of the restaurant was fantastic. The service was excellent and the crowd was very decent. It’s a wonderful eating joint for a family get-together. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

The service was horrible. We booked a table (at 7pm) via zomato for 8:30pm and were there exactly at that time. We were asked to wait for 45min (we paid cover charge for the table btw which is also a show up fee) to get a table. Even after speaking with the management - the hotel blamed Zomato dining; saying they didn’t close the booking service. I understand that it was a weekend and there was rush - we also waited for 20min without complaining but saw that other people were given preference even tho they didn’t book or arrived later. I, as a customer should not experience this inconvenience, as the matter is between restaurant and Zomato dining team. Other than that, we didn’t get good service at our table too. Everything was delayed and had to be reminded twice.

The Hotel's ambience is awesome. We ordered Veg Manchow Soup, Paneer Pahadi and Kulfi Falooda Ice cream. The soup needs to be piping hot, however it was served warm and was tasteless. The starter was also served warm. It appears that the starter was kept ready in the kitchen along with soup, hence it was served warm. Kulfi Falooda was average and not worth the money charged for the same. All in all we did not enjoy the food.

Ambience was great!! Crab soup was full of ginger. didn't enjoy at all. Prawns was too hard to chew in Pranws masala. not worth trying again.

The famous Butter Chicken was a disaster, the taste has completely changed . The other Chicken starters were extremely spicy. The service was taking too long . Overall very Bad and 8 of us who went there do not want to go back again.
