I placed an order for 5 chapatis. At the time of ordering, the app showed an estimated delivery time of 25 minutes. However, I waited for more than 40–45 minutes, and then I received a call from Zomato customer care informing me that the chapatis were out of stock. If the item was not available, why was it still showing as available on Zomato? The restaurant has the option to mark it unavailable. Moreover, if it was out of stock, why did the system still accept my order? I was not contacted by the restaurant at all, and only after waiting for over 45 minutes did I get any information about the issue. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time.
