Chicken Matka biriyani taste excellent. Tandoori chicken all 3 types were awesome. Presentation was good. Pleasant ambience. Had a great time there

I did not like dal fry so bad taste don't try veg was bakwas non veg are okok but price is high as per taste no value for money

PATHETIC and FRUSTRATING dine-in experience — completely spoiled our evening. I regularly order online from Hotel Panvel Palace and had decent expectations, so this time I decided to try dine-in with my family. But this experience was an absolute disaster. We had a pre-booked reservation on 22nd October. Reached at 9:15 PM and placed our order by 9:30 PM (Mix Tandoori Platter + Paneer Dilkhush Kabab). Unbelievably, the food arrived only after 10:45 PM — almost 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting just for starters. We were the first to arrive, yet our order was served last. The staff was inattentive, careless and completely unprofessional. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. Pure mismanagement and zero respect for customers’ time. I had praised this restaurant to my family based on online experience — and they still managed to disappoint us badly. They wasted our time, ruined our mood and completely spoiled our evening. Never visiting again. Highly disappointed. Strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. 0/5 for service and management.

Scam Scam Scam🤬🤬🤬🤬 I had a terrible experience with Hotel Panvel Palace. I booked a dinner through Zomato with a 25% discount and paid ₹150 for the booking. However, upon arrival, the manager claimed my booking was not confirmed, showing me only a screenshot. He insisted I should not have paid through Zomato. There was another person with the same issue, indicating this is a common scam to fool customers. This is unacceptable and dishonest. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be cheated!

I ordered food from hotel Panvel Palace and had a terrible experience. The chicken schezwan rice was incredibly oily and came in a disappointingly small portion. Given the high price, I expected much better quality. I won't be ordering from here again!

It usually serves good food. But please don't order the 1 litre crab masala - very watery / runny, not cooked properly and yet very spicy. Got only the legs & claws of the crab, the body & jumbo lump meat were missing. Unfair! Not worth ₹549!
