I ordered few of their items and it seriously took 30 min to prepare the food although the hotel was completely empty. After waiting for so long item the taste was not at all good . I found their hotel registered on zomato but they don't even accept payments from zomato. There is no one in the hotel who knows about online payment services. I would rate Service 3/10 Food 2/10
