I visited this restraunt today and The overall service and food preparation time was pretty good,staff is responsive ,the only thing unpleasant is the decor I've been here for years and the decor is the same it doesn't matter much because the food is great

Its an one of the famous outlet among the local. South indian and Punjabi are the dishes to try. Ambience is decent. Service is quick. Quality and quantity is upto the mark. Must visit place.

good place for South Indian food. masala dosa dnd idli sambhar was good . authentic South Indian taste. vada sambhar is must try. reasonable rates and good quantity. nice experience.

Visited the AC section of this restaurant looking forward for having lunch with family of 4. Only 1 six seater table was available and we were asked to wait, which we were ok with. Later we were asked to wait outside the restaurant, again we were ok and started moving out. Again we were interrupted by instructing that we should not clutch our hair inside the resturant. Within a span of 2 minutes, we were bombarded with a list of insulting and derogatory instructions. With all the disrespect, we ultimately we left without lunch. Thanks to the excellent hospitality that Hotel Ramkrishna offerred (sarcasm).

Today I ordered amul khada pav bhaji by zomato ...i thought it was pav bhaji but it was green peas and potato tomato bhaji called khada pav bhaji cost Rs 230. it was so tasteless , frozen peas were not cooked properly, big big pieces of tomato,pumpkin and shimla with sour tn bitter taste of masala feels like stale gravy..... worst experience. For the last 30 years I have visited ramkrishna for food and this is one of my best hotels for south indian dishes but today i am very much disappointed by this dish. plz remove this dish amul khada pav bhaji from your menu

don't know what people love here Staff is so rude they don't even know the basics of how to treat customers and the manager wow he was i think he is the one whom they have learned to be rude Food was horrible when we asked him about the food his answer was so good he said after 4 pm taste of food changes lol when we went had word with manager he was so rude . Thank you for ur service sir . I hope u learn some politeness

I ordered from Zomato amul pav bhaji and this is 2nd time they didn't send pav. After raising issue with restaurant, the restaurant (kitchen staff) was not at all polite and was not accepting it's mistake. Definately not ordering again from this hotel. Also would suggest to take video before opening parcel so that you have a valid proof.

3 rd class hotel the service is bullshit ….when u don’t have the food available y the hell do u take the orders ……pizza was not at all baked !!!!!!Will never ever step in that hotel again
