I went here for my birthday celebration with 7 people 2 days ago & I was so impressed by the Food, Ambience and service it was all mind blowing. We will definitely visit here again soon.

we were a group of 23 people having a diwali sitdown dinner, the fish platters were good, alongwith manglorean delicacies like chicken ghee roast and neer dosas. Had a lovely time.

The food was awesome. Service needs to improve. starters were served quite late. My time of reservation was 12.15 pm. 20 to 25 minutes late. The table and chairs are too low. No sofa chairs to sit. Cramped up place. Such branded restaurant needs to improve their service and quality of chairs and table.

Sai Palace has seriously gone downhill. A simple 4-item order and you miss a main dish. No way to reach the restaurant, all numbers dead. That alone shows how poorly this place is run. The food was worse. Chicken Kadhai tasted like sweet butter chicken. Malai Kofta felt like a dahi vada. Prawns Koliwada came without chutney. Basic errors. It seems like one sweet base gravy was lazily used across dishes. Careless cooking despite decent ingredients. This is not a one-off mistake. It’s bad kitchen discipline, poor order handling, and zero quality control. Years ago, this was a reliable family spot. Now it’s a bigger setup with far worse standards. Zomato made it worse. No proper support, long delays, and unnecessary struggle just to resolve a basic issue, despite charging platform fees. Overall, sloppy, unresponsive, and not worth the money.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. My partner and I went for dinner, and unfortunately, the food quality was not up to the mark. After the meal, both of us experienced vomiting and stomach upset, which was quite concerning. The fish dish, in particular, seemed problematic and did not taste fresh. Food safety and quality should be a top priority, and this experience was far from acceptable. I would strongly suggest the management review their food quality standards and hygiene practices to prevent such incidents in the future. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

Staff is very unwelcoming ,Arrogant and Rude . Just abt trying to get over the Job. Food is Marginally Ok but with this king of attitude .this place is a complete NO. Staff forgot half of the orders we had placed and then say kitchen is closed. Was not expecting such an experience. Not worth it.

Worst experience of food and service. Waste of money. Staff is arrogant. One of the dish was Jain and Manager proudly said it will not be tasty.
