Amazing food, ambience and hospitality what else u need for an anniversary eve. As soon as v went we were offered papadums with Specially Food ordered karare alu, a fish and a biryani. The food was finger licking good. The courteous staff brought us a chocolate cake to celebrate our special day. Thanks for the eve masala bay. Wil surely dine again..!!

As a family, we've been visiting this place for 20 years now. The food and service has always been amazing. Nothing has changed about this restaurant at all, which is honestly a good thing.

This place never disappoints. I have been to this place so many times and yet the butter chicken and butter garlic naan's standard has remained high. Highly recommended 👍

Have visited Satkar many times over the years - what started as a small restaurant is now a huge business with many outlets. This outlet is I believe the best in the Satkar system, and even better than Satkar Residency at Cadbury. As has been highlighted by many users before, the butter chicken here is to die for. They do a phenomenal job with the flavors such that the chicken melts right into the mouth with a strong aroma. They also do a good job with vegetarian options including the Paneer Makhanwala and the Babycorn Jalfrezi.Decent on value for money - I would characterize the pricing as fair for quality of food, ambience and service. Not exceptional, not obnoxious. Valet is efficient within a crowded street and gives you peace of mind while you enjoy the food. Good option in the city, for a quiet meal with family.

One thing i liked about this place was the ambience and interiors. The ac was good and the service was above average. Now for the food. We had their manchurion fried rice and paneer musallam with tandoori roti. I mist say that i had no complaints. It was value for money. The quantity was great and the taste was really good. They have both veg as well as non veg. Do try it out

Mr. Tenisson, who was attending to us at Palates Restaurant, initially presented a bill for one amount. When we inquired about making the payment through Zomato, he did not listen to our query and instead immediately returned with a revised bill showing a higher amount. He did not take the time to understand our concern regarding the restaurant name on the app. Subsequently, we made the payment to Hotel Satkar based on the available listing, after which he refused to acknowledge the payment, claiming that it had been made to the wrong restaurant. He continued to argue in a manner that suggested the mistake was entirely on our part. His behavior reflected a lack of professionalism and basic customer respect. Moreover, he did not assist us in resolving the issue or in initiating a refund through the app. Despite following up, the restaurant has remained unresponsive, and even after 7 days, the refund has not been processed. Such staff members should be properly trained to handle customer interactions, communicate effectively, and ensure that customers are not inconvenienced or misled in such situations.

We had a pathetic dining experience. The staff are not able to manage orders. Firstly it’ll take you some efforts to get someone to take your order as they are very busy. It took almost 40-45 minutes for the order to arrive and that too they got the portion size wrong because the captian had not heard the order properly. By the time the order was delivered the food had also become cold so I guess it was prepared on time but they didn’t get it to our table quickly. Please hire some extra staff if you’re short on them. People from all tables were complaining about their order taking time.

order veg fried rice,chicken fried rice, chicken chilly, chicken lollypop through zomato. veg fried is not fresh. it stinks very badly. rest all is good..
