solkadhi is only made up of kokum and coconut milk please do not add beet in that you are spoiling a maharashtrain cuisine.

Visited House of Maharashtra, Santacruz West based on its high ratings, but the experience was disappointing. The ambiance was decent and getting a table through Zomato was easy, but the service was slow and the food took around 20–25 minutes to arrive. I ordered the Mutton Thali. The rice was good, but the chapatis were dry, the sukka mutton was dominated by masala rather than the taste of mutton, and the tambda rassa, pandhra rassa, and solkadhi were below average. Even the waiter and manager could not clearly explain the difference between the various mutton thalis on the menu. What surprised me most was that none of the staff I interacted with spoke Marathi or seemed particularly familiar with Maharashtrian cuisine, which made the experience feel less authentic. One observation: immediately after the meal, the staff encouraged me to leave a Google review and provided a QR code for quick access. This may explain why there are so many short, one-line reviews on Google. I would recommend paying more attention to detailed reviews. Ratings: Food: 2/5 Service: 1/5 Ambience: 3/5 Overall, the experience did not justify the ratings and hype I saw online.

THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THIS, THE SAUF AT THE END. Entered the restaurant at 3:15, ordered the food at 3:20, and then he waited for an hour and received a food at 4:25. The food has no flavour, it’s just bland or spicy, is just a disgrace to Maharashtra food. Service was just shit and even after taking for more than an hour, they still got the wrong order. Had to eat what they got. PAID 3000 FOR THIS SHIT EXPERIENCE.

The food takes forever to come. We were told the food will be served in 20 mins maximum but it took over 45 mins and that could have been avoided by being honest about the time line
