House of Tendulkar was an impromptu decision. Something that came from random suggestion. I ended up going there with my family (5 pax). The impression was "Oh its looks fancy". I wonder if the food will be as good. And boy oh boy were we in for a ride. Since it was a Thursday, there was nobody at the restaurant. At the moment I wasn't sure if it was because of it being Thursday or if the restaurant wasn't that great. But I was about to get an answer to that question. Anyways we ordered multiple items. For starters we had Crab Meat Manchow soup (1 by 2) , Sea Food Shorba ( 2 by 3) Tandoori Chicken Lollypop , Surmai Tawa Fry. The Crab Meat soup was Wow. There was a ton of Crab Meat and the soup was flavourful. The shorba wasn't spicy (it looked spicy). The smell of the shorba is what I can't forget. The surmai fry was a big piece (almost 9 inches, size does matter ;) ). Tandoori Lollypop was spicy juicy and it had 9 pieces (What! Nobody does that! Love you guys for that) Now comes the main course. Special Mutton Thali, Pomfret Thali, Prawns Thali. Chicken Banjara masala. Before I talk about the thalis, lets wrap up the curry. Chicken curry although full of pieces, I felt the gravy was not enough for 3 People. The tast was nice on the herby side with the spice coming from green chillies. Not very hot. But still the taste stays in your mouth. The rotis were gigantic. Like Tandoori roti was 10 inches in diameter. Now time for Thali News!!! Prawns Thali- Had a dry prawns, Prawns koliwada (I think) peanut chutney, spicy prawns gravy, prawns Sukha, prawns bhat and bhakri. The Prawns Bhat was my favorite. It was spicy. and juicy. The prawns were not overcooked (Most restaurants overcook prawns). Must Try Pomfret Thali- Pomfret Tandoori, Fish curry, dry prawns peanut chutney bakri and steamed rice. The Prawns Tandoori was the highlight. Not very spicy as requested. The pomfret was almost 10-12inches. It was fresh. The fish curry was nice tangy from kokum. Amazing to be had with rice. Special Mutton thali- The best dish of the night!!! Must have. Mutton Biryani (5/5), Mutton curry (5/5) Mutton Seema (5/5) Bakri. Boss this was the best Mutton thali I have had in.my life. Meri guarantee order karoo. Overall an amazing gastronomic Treasure is what House of Tendulkar is. Special Mention to our server Deepak. The most prompt server have seen. He is what Jarvis is to Ironman. App bus nazar ghumaye aur Deepak ji Prakat hue. Anyway House of Tendulkar is a must visit.

I dined at House of Tendulkar and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the Pomfret Tandoor Thali, Surmai Thali, Paneer Pahadi Tandoor, and rotis—everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The flavors were rich and authentic. Special thanks to Aniket, who served us exceptionally well and made our dining experience even more enjoyable with his courteous and attentive service. This was my second visit, and once again, the food and service did not disappoint. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

House of Tendulkar in Dombivli East seems to be a hit with customers! 😊 The food is described as "really tasty" and the service is quick, with orders arriving in under 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and well-trained, adding to the overall excellent experience. The ambiance is elegant and cozy, making it perfect for a casual meal or a leisurely gathering.

This is easily one of the most overhyped restaurants in Dombivli, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the expectations. The first noticeable drawback was the limited variety on the menu. Since the options felt restricted, we decided to order a basic, reliable dish, Bombay Duck Fry, something that typically doesn’t go wrong. However, it turned out to be surprisingly bland and lacked flavor. We then opted for the Chonak Thali. The fried fish was decent, but the rest of the thali was extremely average. Most of the items lacked proper seasoning, especially salt, which made the entire meal feel underwhelming and incomplete in taste. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and not overpriced, which at least made the experience less disappointing financially. The highlight of the meal was from their special menu. The Modak was genuinely good, and the solkadi was well-balanced and refreshing. Overall, while the restaurant enjoys a lot of hype, the food quality and seasoning need significant improvement. Based on this visit, it was an average experience at best. I would suggest visiting Me Hi Koli, which is right beside them, for a better experience.

Apparently, waiting over an hour just to get seated is part of the dining “experience” here. Once seated, we were given ample time (another 10–15 minutes) to admire the table before anyone thought of taking our order. When the food finally arrived, the server thoughtfully asked whether we would like plates — after the food was already on the table. A nice touch, if confusion is what the restaurant aims for. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn’t memorable enough to justify the wait. Average taste, long delays, and zero service coordination. Cherry on top: Zomato app payments were refused, despite being listed as accepted. Always fun to discover surprises at the billing stage. Overall, if you enjoy long waits, unclear service, and misleading payment options, this place might be for you. Otherwise, best avoided until management improves.

Pathetic food. Prawns starter and Fish in thali were both too salty. Mutton thali was all masala. When informed this to waiter, he did not say anything and left. Zero taste in all the items. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend this place, fish lacked flavor and was not fresh, smelled and tasted stale. The place smells like a fish market.
