183rd place to be rated a complete 5on5 by me. Hurrem's is located inside Jio World Drive BKC and it is easy to find due to the way the outlet is made. The outlet is made as open space seating and it looks very elegant and royal. The moment you enter you come accross the huge counter displaying all their amazing delicacies and the sofa seatings with the shelf displaying their gifting options and the chandelier steals the show. Overall you will love spending every minute dining here. They specialise in Turkish specialities and apart from baklavas and other traditional desserts they serve savouries and Turkish coffee too. Loved the menu as it primarily focuses on Turkish cuisine only. Prices are high but that can be justified due to the exclusivity of the cuisine also their chefs have veen trained from Turkey. Went here for late lunch and the kitchen service was on time. special thanks to Manager Mr Hashir & Staff Roger as they were very polite, helpful and they knew their brand and the menu well. What We Had - SAVORY~ Mixed Veg Pide - Boat shaped flatbread topped with mushroom, onion, bell peppers and gooey cheese. Tasted wise loved eating every bite as the base was done perfectly and the taste of the cheese was great. Spinach Borek - Phyllo pastry layered on spinach tasted the best version of spinach. This was indeed that dish which changed the definition of spinach completely. It didn't had strong flavours of spinach and hence tasted delicious. The cheese olive dip & Ezme dip served along were outstanding. CONFECTIONERY~ Baklava - Fistik (Pista) Ceviz (Walnut) Basma Kaju Cikolatali Ceviz (Walnut) I must say I am super impressed with their baklavas, the finesse in the phyllo pastry layering, the dry fruits filling and the perfect sweetness is undoubtedly something that should be experienced. I have had the honour the eat baklavas directly from Turkey and Dubai but this was slightly better. Loved eating all the variants. BEVERAGE~ Saffron Tea - I am not a tea person but this again was unique and tasty due to the nice mix of saffron and tea. So the experience at Hurrem's was one of the best when it comes to food and hospitality. I recommend this on the highest scale.

When it comes to trying Turkish Dessert like Baklava or Kunefa, on always remember Hurrem at Jio Mall. Serving a varieties of Baklava , Kunefa and various Tea, this place is heaven for someone who wants try their hands on Turkish Dessert. A small outlet but always jam packed with customers. Their service is great and the staff knows their bit about the various desert and food options and they make sure they guide u well before ordering. Must visit place

10/10 food and service! The mezze platter was delicious and super filling. Highly recommend the savory dishes—though the baklava was a bit too sweet for me.

Hurrems is currently having a grand turkish feast and I recently tried it. It was an 8 course meal with a welcome drink, Savory and sweet dishes ending with Turkish tea or coffee. The food was quite good especially the cream cheese garlic bread, milk cake, the baklavas and the tea. Besides this I've tried their assorted baklavas and turkish delights. They have recently started Kunafa and would love to try them. Overall I quite like hurrems.

Having only tasted the baklava in the past, Hurrem’s was a pleasant surprise as it offered a variety of turkish delights. We tried the kunefe and the rose milk cake. The kunefe was mildly sweet, just the right amount and not loaded with sugar syrup. My favourite was the rose milk cake with the perfect moistness of rose milk in every bite. Thumbs up to Hurrem’s, would definitely love to try out more on the menu.

Tried their kunafeh (the classic and the orange layered ), and delighted with it. ordered a Turkish coffee to go with it, which was quite good too.

Extremely rude waiter served us. Extremely untrained staff. The moment we took our last bite, we were suddenly handed over the bill and after 2 mins he told us that we have to pay the bill immediately and after that we can keep sitting there. what kind of premium restaurant talks like that. and there was no waiting, it was hardly occupied. when escalated to supervisor, he sounded helpless and failed to offer an apology!!!

worst quality . very bad very poor was my second time at hurrems but this time it was so bad . Can't expect this quality at jio world . ordered kunefe with saffron but very bad taste my throat got infected as it was maybe frozen and may not be freshly made. don't recommend at all

I had ordered a pistachio kunafe. My expectations were high. Unfortunately the worst kunafe i have ever eaten . It was soggy anf stale. Worst part is the chef agreed that they dont make it fresh. Ridiculous. The waiter and manager lied to me that they make it fresh.
