Wonderful Dining Experience at IC Hilton I recently visited the restaurant at IC Hilton and was blown away by the exceptional service and customized care we received. As my wife is currently pregnant, she has specific dietary restrictions and was craving Chinese food but couldn’t have the usual versions due to my doctor’s recommendations. Our waiter, Pratik, was incredibly humble and attentive. He patiently understood my needs and communicated them to the chef. Chef Vishal went above and beyond, creating a delicious customized meal that was safe for me to enjoy. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was superb. It made the visit truly special! Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a personalized dining experience especially during Pregnancy.

I had a truly wonderful dining experience at IC Hilton Restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Chef Bimal created an outstanding meal — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, showcasing real skill and passion. A special thank you to Rebecca and Chris, who went above and beyond to make the evening perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel so well taken care of throughout the entire meal. The combination of delicious food and excellent service made this visit unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

I recently visited this place and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was nice, and the staff was courteous, but there are areas that need improvement. The service was quite slow, with noticeable delays in taking and serving orders. A more attentive and efficient approach would make the dining experience smoother. As for the food, while the presentation was good, the taste didn’t quite meet expectations. Some dishes lacked proper seasoning. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but better consistency in flavors and faster service would enhance the experience. Hoping to see improvements on my next visit! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)

Horrible! That is how I would want to describe my experience at this restaurant. I went there with my wife and son for pre-Diwali dinner and it was a shambolic experience. First of all many of the menu options were simply not available. I ordered couple of times and the waitress would come back saying that it is not available. Moreover, the service was charade. The waitress simply didn’t care. I ordered for Sushi and she would not give light soy sauce. When you ask for it, she says she will get it, then forgets that she has to get it. We got light soy sauce after 15 minutes of asking. And that is when restaurant was not at all busy. I would not recommend anyone to go there! Horrible Horrible experience!

Service was absolutely pathetic. Made us wait for an hour inspite of reserving the place well in advance. The staff kept arguing amongst themselves and there was utter chaos. Drinks were served 20 minutes after we sat down without straws and coasters. The food was good but the service was so bad that it didn’t matter. By the time we got our food we were so frustrated, we just wanted to leave for home. Absolute fail for a restaurant in a 5-star hotel.

Service was -1* Service was very slow...staff was not there to attend us. After order placed we waited long to get served... We request them to clean the table, change the plates, serve the food almost 2 to 3 times..we have to remind them for every task. We were very disappointed. Food 2* Not much tasty..only red Thai curry we liked.

Mr Kaif was not able to manage and was quite rude. The waiting time for the dish was minimum 35-40 minutes and even then the food didn’t arrive. We had to leave without our dinner only
