Sai Palace is our go to place, basically everything about this restaurant is amazing, superb quality and reasonable prices. It’s 100% worth the money.

Nice place. Good food. We orfered paneer malai tikka, cheese mayo roll and paneer chilli dry with choclate shake n lassi n all were tasty..staff is also welcoming. Price is affordable as compared to other places with such ambience and services

The food was really good but i didn't like their service. Its took me 1 hour 45 mins to complete my dinner, after ordering food i had to wait 15-20 mins. Then if I'm ordering again they are taking the same 15 to 20 mins. I didn't like the service, maybe I will not go again.

We ordered garlic ginger fish and some chicken starter. The fish was not fresh and food was not great. It was not value for money

Manager generally sets the tone of the restaurant by his skills to manage customer and sets example for other staff. The manager has been highly abusive and rash in language. He goes ahead and tells his staff to not take a single order of the table, just because we raised a flag for not taking order since 20 mins after being seated. He shows his fingers to the customer and asks them to leave the hotel and uses all abusive slangs. He comes to a point to get physical. This clearly reflects that Sai Palace which was always a regular visit of our family since last 5 years is now the Worst hotel in Mumbai. Clearly a disgrace to Mumbai City which is known for its hospitality and treating it's customers with respect. Manager is the most insane human for using slangs on toddler kids too. Clearly shows his human nature in public and in front of crowd. Worst Manager, Worst Hotel and clear downgrade to Mumbai City.

The place is worst during peaks hours over the weekend. No one’s looking for guests struggling to find a table. We enquired but the restaurant manager seemed to busy to care about 2 people looking for a table. The guy who finally approached us said, “ we will only serve starters and main course”. Clearly he didn’t care about telling us if we can get a table or not but wanted to make his life easy. Peak hours is the best time to understand if restaurants are serious about their customer orientation and unfortunately this place failed miserably. I wouldn’t recommend this place during peak lunch hours over weekends

worst experience,I have ordered panner bikaneri sabji it was not properly cooked it was cold sabji given (extra sabji made & given)it was evident that under cooked panner had caused a case of food poisoning.The waitstaff seemed disinterested and didn't bother checking on us throughout the meal. Our water glasses remained empty, and it was a struggle to get anyone's attention.

The service and the manager were so arrogant after they were cautght for having worm in the food
