We recently visited this place again after a disappointing experience during our last visit. To our pleasant surprise, this time the experience was completely different and truly wonderful. The Manager, Mr. Shetty, along with Mr. Manish, was extremely considerate and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and personally looked into the service, which we really appreciated. Their hospitality and professional approach made a noticeable difference. We tried the Malai Broccoli, Veg Dewani Handi, and Tandoor Chicken — and every dish was excellent. The recommendations were spot on, the flavors were well-balanced, and everything was perfectly prepared. It’s always good to see a restaurant take feedback seriously and improve. This visit definitely restored our faith in the place, and we look forward to coming back again.

I’d like to appreciate the entire team at Imperial Spice for their exceptional service and hospitality. From the Manager to the Steward, everyone is warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious, served fresh and hygienic, and the discounts offered are a wonderful bonus. It’s always a pleasure dining here — my family and I love visiting Imperial Spice for the decent ambiance and outstanding service. Keep up the fantastic work!

Mr. Shetty and his team were absolutely amazing. We were served on time, and they suggested some of the best-selling items from the menu, which turned out to be excellent choices. The ambience was wonderful, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. Truly a great dining experience. Keep up the great work 🍻 👍🏻 🍽️

I have been a regular customer at this place and have always had a positive experience earlier, which is why I chose it to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be extremely disappointing and ended up ruining our special occasion. We ordered paneer biryani along with other items and clearly instructed the waiter to make the biryani less spicy and with less gravy. Despite this, the biryani served was extremely spicy and not as requested. When I raised the issue, the waiter responded by saying that biryani is usually made spicy. He took the dish back to the kitchen and returned with the same biryani, stating that they had tasted it and that it was not spicy, and further implied that I was unnecessarily blaming the taste. This response was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging a genuine concern or offering a replacement, the staff chose to argue with the customer. To make matters worse, the staff were later seen gossiping and laughing among themselves, which was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. What was meant to be a memorable anniversary dinner was completely spoiled due to poor service and an insensitive attitude. While food preferences can differ, how a restaurant handles customer feedback reflects its professionalism, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff training so that no other customer’s special occasion is ruined in the future.

Very Bad experience at Imperial spice. Firstly, when you enter hotel, they will ask if you are paying via zomato.. Based on your answer, they will provide you service. The orders are very late. Last time when I had visited with my friends, we ordered Oil fry chicken Lollipop.. we were then served 8 pieces. But this time, as we were paying via zomato, we were served 6 pieces. There is no proper co ordination among the staff.. Our starter took 30 mins to come to table because of which we asked for Chakli/ fried noodle and schezwan, but they denied saying that it is served only when you order drinks.. And they ket us sit just like that for 30 mins with no courtesy to offer even a small bowl of fried noodle.. very cheap and biased behaviour as we booked via zomato.

Do not dine here. There was cockroach in my food. So disgusting. The staff did remake my food but this is a huge health issue and violates food safety laws. I’ll be filing a complaint on the FSSAI website
