As per the price the food is not up to mark , Basic Services can be improved like serving water rather than asking for it. There should be More options for beverages all days rather than specific days

Food is below average. We had paneer Chilly and Kung Pao Paneer. Also paneer kadai and biriyani. Everything was just okay. They charge Service charge but cleanliness and Staff’s responsiveness is horrible. For that cost, it is better to go for Northern Tadka.

We entered the restaurant because there was an offer ad outside it "50% off on second dish" nowhere mentioned that offer is only on continental dish. We ordered cream of tomato soup and pesto pasta, the soup was good, pasta was tasteless and they didn't give garlic bread with it because they had some gas issue. While billing they informed that the offer is only on continental dishes. Misleading advertisement and overpriced considering taste was not that great.

Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered corn cheese balls and wontons for starters. The corn cheese balls had virtually no cheese inside, only a small amount grated on top, and were ridiculously small. The wontons were poorly made and tasted more like empty patti samosas than actual wontons. The mocktails were equally underwhelming, and the service was terrible. Overall, not worth the money or time we paid the bill and left.

Served dirty spoons and filthy glasses on New Year’s Eve. When confronted, the manager shamelessly denied it and then said “this happens sometimes.” This is not a mistake — it’s gross negligence and unhygienic practice. Extremely unsafe, arrogant management. Should not be allowed to operate. Avoid at all cost

Extremely poor service and disappointing food quality. Extra service charges were not mentioned in the menu and were forcefully applied despite being marked “discretionary.” Also, Zomato/Swiggy payments were not working at the Nalasopara outlet. Unacceptable experience.

very very bad service and we waited almost 45 mins and there was no response not serving water repeatedly asking but no response, waiters just roam here and there but not serving order...plz don't waste your time and mood
