The Korean BBQ glazed steak was something for meat lovers. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. Great wine selection too. I liked the place more than my friends did. I guess it's the choice of food I picked.

Had ordered for takeaway. While the food was good, it took quite a long time. The sandwiches were good, the Americano was alright. The avocado on toast was pretty decent.

Awesome food I love roast chicken and paper chicken rumali wrap..also dessert yum .also you get all day tea and coffee ....

Indigo deli is a place I always loved, however my today's experience of Food court dine in was nothing short of a disaster! 👎🏻 Firstly Why was Your Section Closed for Dine in??? It became sooooo hard to convey my requests to a Sever cos 1 wasn't available at our Table located Far away in the Food court😐 If you guys are Charing for 'Dine in amount' then the least u can do is let the customers sit in the vicinity of the Restaurant. And What a Complicated system to order Food via Scanning, I had to try multiple times before a Server came at App Request, Bank network wasn't being met at the Jio world drive, not everyone is App savy, like my Dad. Secondly all the food that arrived got 'Cold' by the time it got to our table, I couldn't inform anyone cos no server was available around, by that time it was over 45mins of ordering food time + food arrival, so my parents suggested we eat. Then for every little thing I needed, I literally had to visit the Indigo deli stall, No Sause/Ketchup was served with our Onion rings, Fries, No Oregano or Chilli Flakes were served with Pasta & Pizza. 😐 Every time I requested the server something, it came 10-15 mins later from one end of the restaurant to the other end of the food court!! The ketchup came to our table when we finished our pizza! I mean is this a joke?! And all for wanting to eat at Indigo deli. Really upset with today's experience. Please work on the aforementioned factors.

We ordered the chicken Moroccan wafer thin pizza. Sadly the chicken seemed stale (pre cooked) and added as a topping on the pizza. We also ordered the fish and chips (beer battered) again disappointed with the fish quality. The food served was not hot barely warm. Extremely bad experience of food quality, high priced for a food court experience. Not expected from Indigo Deli! Rather eat at another restaurant where the food is freshly made and served warm! Food - 1/5

We had a very unsettling experience when we found a cockroach in our meal. The server did promptly responded with apologises. The chief too apologised and refunded our entire paid amount. While the service was prompt, the cleanliness & maintenance standards of their kitchen are questionable, disappointing and unacceptable. I sincerely hope management takes kitchen’s hygiene more seriously before serving.

55 minutes after placing the order, the server tells us that the restaurant has misplaced the order… I was giving this Indigo Deli a fry after nearly 5 years as one other Indigo Deli had ‘missed’ my order for nearly an hour and a half. Consistency is a key in restaurant business and we can clear see that in the poor and delayed service by Indigo Deli brand
