I visited this place with my family, and honestly, I would only recommend it if you have a lot of patience. After being allotted a table, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for each item to arrive, and even the menu took a long time to reach us. The food quantity was shockingly small one gravy dish wasn’t enough for even two people. We only liked the starters. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly disappointing. The head service staff rudely asked us to vacate the table while we were still eating, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, the combination of delayed service, inadequate food portions, and poor staff behavior made this a very disappointing experience.

The most pathetic food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The quantity is so poor and the quality of the food is just not it. We ordered a mutton starter but there was no mutton at all in the starter. We were served the remnants of burned spices in place of the mutton starter. The service js extremely slow too. Many menu items are not available. I think they only have food available that they want to finish off. I would’ve given 0 stars if there were an option. Please don’t go to this restaurant even if you are gettinf their food for free! Extremely disappointed and disappoinment is such an understatement.

Very disappointing experience. My husband and I came from Café Universal and wanted to have dinner here. The restaurant was almost empty, yet the staff told us everything was “fully booked” and refused to give us a table. We waited for over an hour and saw multiple empty tables, while other people who walked in after us asking for a table were allowed to sit. It honestly felt like we were being judged based on how we were dressed. Extremely unwelcoming and discriminatory behavior. Hospitality should treat every customer with respect, not profile them.

They refused to give us a table after we waited for a long tym bcs 2 members frm our grp were not present we even told thm tht we will order till they come so they refused and gave the table to a grp tht came after us and told us tht the next table will get empty in 5 mins. We waited for 20 minutes more and still didn’t get another table. Pathetic customer service. Bad staff.

I came here with my family there were several tables empty but he denied us saying they were reserved when they don’t take reservations on a Sunday. Then for god sake there was a hair found in the food which has just disgusted us and the service is much better at a tea stall.

Getting a table is a task here. Food was pathetic. Ordered galouti kebab which was not at all good. Lasooni murgh kebab was half cooked and had no taste of garlic at all. Overall total waste of money and time.
