I did a takeaway of Shahi Mutton Korma and Chicken Tikka. Travelled to Navi Mumbai, dreaming of opening the packets and gorging! packing was pathetic, worse than a low class restaurant. all the oil leaked on my car seat. Mutton Korma was shocking! they've just put some mutton in Makhani Gravy. it felt as if I was having Butter Chicken gravy. The chicken Tikka was dry and chewy. Who uses Chicken Breast? We had a Chicken Tikka roll while waiting for the takeaway. It was cold and dry. Nothing great. Not at all flavourful and Juicy! staff was nice and hospitable but I feel disgusted about the food. This was perhaps the last time I had food from here!!

It’s in a terrible state. The sofas are old and torn. The flooring is stained and stinky. There are cracks in the wall which hives insects. The marble top tables are dirty and of a bygone era. The serving staff has stained teeth and can be serving food to you with pan masala in their mouths. The food is bad and the quality has not sustained. Their butter chicken is like a roadside random chicken gravy. The chicken tandoori was overcooked and hardened. The manager doesn’t care about the food even if you complain. Their most iconic biryani is pretty average by today’s standards. None of their dishes are garnished or served beautifully. The old legacy of Jaffer bhai is nothing but dust now. Please avoid because eating food at this particular outlet can surely be a pathetic experience for you.

It was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The waiter placed the food bowls directly on the table and walked away without serving them properly. No spoons or forks were provided. We ordered Manchow soup, but fried noodles were missing from the order, and after we pointed it out, they prepared it in a rushed manner, making the whole setting feel like a makeshift stall rather than a restaurant. We had to ask repeatedly for utensils, and the staff’s service was indifferent. Given the price, it felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered the chicken tandoori from here and it was an absolute disaster. It was dry, flavorless, and completely lacked the rich, smoky taste that defines a proper tandoori dish. The chicken tasted old and dry with almost no meat on the bones. It was clear that no effort or care went into preparing this. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. Did not expect this from Jaffer Bhai’s. Even a roadside vendor would sell better quality.

I used to love this place and used to order regularly from here. But since the last few months, the quality of biryani and food at this place has deteriorated significantly! The chicken in the Chicken Biryani is super hard, has a foul smell and as a whole, feels stale. One the box of chicken biryani had a dead bird in it. Super disappointing for a place so good to provide such food on regular basis now!

worst place, we ordered the chicken biryani and they brought mutton biryani and they are not ready to accept their mistake even though the manager is being rude after his mistake, The well respected restaurant like this should maintain good staff for more success and customer satisfaction
